15/3/2017 10:38 | Interesting but needs a price of around 1.12 to entice me in. Will see what results do for the price. | tyranosaurus
15/3/2017 10:10 | Hi red, Pillion was looking for around 1.14, he knowns the sector. may have revised that down since. I have traded a % consistently, my average is low 1.12. As mentioned on VLG, the best time to look at HSTN may be following a poor week or two, which is not the case atm, might not work out that way. Have cash holdings atm having sold out a couple of positions, so adding a few here, and will trade some higher up, that option will hopefully be available again!. | essentialinvestor
15/3/2017 09:47 | Can't help thinking that the price might soften a bit more from here. Watching. | redartbmud
15/3/2017 09:31 | Added, second largest holding now, not so sure on my timing!. | essentialinvestor
14/3/2017 11:07 | The political backdrop cannot be ignored, although would hope economic potential disruption is more muted. It may also keep rates lower for longer. Amazed the Euro is trading at this level against GBP, recent data reads from the Eurozone area have been stronger than many perhaps anticipated. Germany and the UK combined represent approx 80% of assets, so it's largely a play on these two countries, IMPT would bump up the UK % further. Some German property realisations would not surprise me. | essentialinvestor
14/3/2017 10:40 | Would like to think HSTN will get 100% of IMPT for no more than the initially agreed £3 - or just walk away from it. Am now out again, pro tem, and on the look out for non-sterling non-euro assets in light of where we seem (sadly) to be heading, break up of the UK and break up of (at least parts of) Euroland - 'babies and bathwater' springs to mind. Not at all happy! ex ps - Remain very impressed by HSTN's management and property strategies, but sense there will be further headwinds to come. Hoping to be proved wrong! Subject to ATI level, may come back. | exel
14/3/2017 10:09 | Added a few. Big volume in IMPT this AM, hopefully HSTN have picked those up. | essentialinvestor
13/3/2017 15:49 | lol, usually post just to clarify own thoughts. Plus if I make a mistake it's a useful reminder!. | essentialinvestor
13/3/2017 14:38 | I thought I would say hello so u can know u aren't talking to yourself | badtime
13/3/2017 13:20 | Holding 103,000 atm, sold 15.5k today so far. Added a lot on Friday, if markets hold hoping for the low 120's, that is a guess only, not a prediction, wish it was that easy! ). Attention will soon start turning to NAV for the year ahead, would be surprised if estimates are short of 1.30-135 area very approx, all IMV only. | essentialinvestor
13/3/2017 12:11 | Looking a lot nicer than Friday atm. | essentialinvestor
13/3/2017 07:09 | IMPT Independent Directors reiterate support for Hansteen's offer at £3.00 a share. | essentialinvestor
11/3/2017 10:02 | Real Estate lower yesterday. With A50 likely Tuesday we may have some further weakness early next week. May be an opportunity as weakness tends to be (largely) factored in pre event. Could be different this time!. | essentialinvestor
10/3/2017 12:05 | Goodness I sold some 8.01 at 118.836, bit of a turnaround!, in the other direction. Had intended not to trade HSTN again today, but just have, Not sure why I post definite statements, as rarely stick to them ). | essentialinvestor
10/3/2017 08:47 | Or may be not, the 15% sold yesterday bought back at 117.29. That's definitely it for the week!. | essentialinvestor
10/3/2017 08:19 | Added back a few sold at the open. That's probably me done for the week. | essentialinvestor
10/3/2017 08:00 | Alpha's assessment of the UK light industrial sector for 2017 was very upbeat, if you are a cynic you may conclude they would say that holding a large amount of IMPT!. They made reference to demand exceeding supply. | essentialinvestor
09/3/2017 22:10 | Alpha Real Trust formaly rejects HSTN's bid for IMPT. No surprise there. | essentialinvestor
09/3/2017 15:48 | Plan to buy a few back under 1.17 is not going to plan atm, decent performance on weaker day. | essentialinvestor
09/3/2017 12:53 | This is very long term by my standards ). Decent share price performance today so far. | essentialinvestor
09/3/2017 12:47 | Definitely a long term holding..lalala | badtime
09/3/2017 11:11 | Sold 15% of my holding just in case markets are going sharply lower here. If markets stay well behaved hoping around 120/22 is attainable by results, buy very much IMV only. | essentialinvestor
09/3/2017 09:37 | Expected to get some under 1.17 this AM, not happening atm. | essentialinvestor
09/3/2017 06:33 | Both started life where I live, Weybridge, from memory. On CREST read far too much in to the director share sales, made a mistake there, mentioned It on the CREST board previously. Try to remind myself of mistakes as hopefully can make/take something positive from those in the future. | essentialinvestor |
