Hello monet4me.
Been buying and selling GENL for years. Its the only oiler that I have made serious money from. All I will say now is that recently I have been buying.

Note how well Brent is performing; now $49.59. Might be worth giving GENL a little more time , perhaps?

Unlikely Iraq would have the balls or the army to enforce any quotas on Kurdistan oil companies. Besides Iragi government doesn't pay Kurdistan any of the money they are supposed to so they don't need to follow any of their rules

He joins a long list of those that have no idea. Tell me one person that predicted the price collapse to $30 and who has predicted the current agreement. There are none, infact you will be hard pushed to find any that predicted the former as most were happily predicting higher prices at the time. Predicting the oil price is a guessing game. Loads of facts and figures are rolled out but oil has a mind of it own due to the huge political bias it has.

A good step as expected KRG payment in sep16 ( I was hoping for more). I would now expect Aug payment due within 2 weeks (IMHO).

I also expect Russia to announce a cut in oil production tomorrow or Friday.

Fair price IMHO is about 1.15 until POo goes above $50 and Genl production increases ( missed our forecast for the year) and until gas announcement in Oct16.
