But they have seemed to have stopped. The price I posted yesterday came from a Ukrainian newspaper but it was a once off. I have asked people in China to hunt down a new source of daily prices. No success yet. Platts provide this information but it costs $5000 a year. If anyone else finds a place for daily prices kindly let me know. It's easy to find it for normal iron ore, but not pellets.

nothing to do with currency, the market for iron ore pellets was $105 in China this afternoon. the highest since 2014, Ferrexpo delivers to your door for $49 a tonne, anywhere. 9 out of the top ten steel mills are currently buying off Ferrexpo.

indeed, id say 85pc of the rise is cable weakness related... but i also think until marhc when May triggers article 50, cable will remain weak and fxpo rise... breakout was 85p... imo this is in up mode now.. cheers

Suspect this upward trend is fuelled by currency rather than fundamental markets . Could swing back if currencies swing back again. Will there be an financial release to go with the recent product toon figures any time soon

back to the highs of the day.... higher vols today than y/day... i think a stab/test at 100p is the next target... whether that's in the next hour, or by Friday, remains to be seen, but this is certainly now with the buyers, and breakout was only 85p, a few meagre pence below current price..

MDA's pulling up now too using 7 and 14, which i find best for short/ish term situ's.

TLW and IAE charts look good on oil too, I'm in both recently.FXPO has legs, wants to higher from here IMHO.

sorry OT, tbh, id prefer PMO. i used to be the biggest fan of ENQ, but the debt does worry me tiny bit, thus is prefer PMO, though having said that, as a v short term trade, it then woouldnt worry me.
