Very interesting scope in this stock, full recovery still offering a 3 x share price rise from today's price. Bought some already, will add on any dips if I can catch them.

Things looking good at the moment with pellet prices apparently not only holding up but actually increasing. This quarter must have been huge on the cash generation at Fxpo.

Still a lot of "expert" negative forecasting on the outlook for iron ore and this is obviously a major negative affecting the share price But each day at anywhere around current pellet price levels fxpo could be generating as much as $1.5m cash per day.

The key for me is that fxpo produce high grade pellets. The environmental and fuel costs for mills are increasing the demand for these. At the same time output globally is limited. Samarco is off line with BHP targeting/hoping for limited start up around the middle of next year. However there are financial issues mounting at Samarco which add to the many concerns there :-

We aren't due too much in the way of newsflow over the coming quarter (just the production report in a week or so) but for each week that the pellet price stays high the cash generation will be huge!!!

It would be good and very positive to finish above previous recent highs. Its looks very bullish to be heading 100p at first stop.

Those rapid spikes in past few days are warning signs to close the short position imo.
