30/4/2024 17:39 | Great end to April here. Only been in this share for 3 weeks, and my 14p buy has shown a very healthy profit already. What an investment! May is going to be even better. 👍👍 | halland75
30/4/2024 13:35 | 14% up! Something this way comes.....👍 | halland75
30/4/2024 12:32 | Hopefully a few shorts getting squeezed here. Sentiment finally turning positive | robertspc1
30/4/2024 08:47 | Very nice quarterly report. Short of money we ain't! Great way to end the month. First of the news, bigger fish in May. Looking even better. 👍 | halland75
30/4/2024 06:59 | Currently 2.30% up in Oz. 23p in Oz. 20.50p here. Strong lithium etfs in US Monday. This is going along very nicely/steadily, price is not moving down...they know the news that will be with us shortly, sharp downward spiral ain't happening soon. Looking good 👍 | halland75
29/4/2024 09:26 | Just spoke with IG and they are saying the email on Friday is 100% correct and they have no intention of changing it. I am with IG and have no idea what to do now. Any genuine IG Trading Account holder, what are you going to do? If anyone is on LSE, you should spread the word. I haven't an account there. | halland75
29/4/2024 06:31 | Currently 7.50% up in Oz. 👍 | halland75
27/4/2024 12:50 | Will do Monday morning. Thanks paulhopeful 👍 In fact won't contact them, as found this on the 4th April 2024 RNS. European Metals is seeking re-admission to AIM in accordance with AIM Rule 27 following a re-domiciliation from the British Virgin Islands to Australia, to be completed on the date of re-admission. A re-domiciliation of this type does not change the corporate structure of European Metals but simply changes the jurisdiction in which the company is registered and incorporated (maintaining its original legal identity). =========== I have to say if IG caused people to panic sell on Friday and they miss out on good news Monday morning (if any came), they'd surely be liable. I wrote an email to IG, saying they were wrong. I await their response. | halland75
27/4/2024 12:25 | No action needed with Lloyds, one day wait for new DI’S same amount. Sounds like IG sent out incorrect email. Perhaps it’s worth clarifying with IG. | paulhopeful
27/4/2024 12:08 | So just to be clear re. Jurisdiction swap. If your trading platform is with IG Trading, you don't have to take any action if you aren't selling? | halland75
27/4/2024 12:01 | Interesting to read the CEZ Group investor presentation 22nd April 2024, among other things they talk about lithium mining and processing in Cinovec, it’s reassuring they point out these projects are unlikely to be fully consolidated. They’re still in discussions on partnerships ( more than one) around battery production factory. | paulhopeful
27/4/2024 12:01 | Same info on Hargreaves Lansdown | cyfalafwr
27/4/2024 11:48 | Lloyds Bank: 1 new European Metals DI, for each existing DI held .. ( so no change ) The new DI’S will commence trading on AIM Exchange on the 2nd May 2024 with the same ticker code EMH. | paulhopeful
26/4/2024 20:07 | In my Ajbell account corporate actions .. just a jurisdiction swap, business as usual. European Metals Holdings Limited has announced details of a re-domiciliation from the British Virgin Islands to Australia, through which the company will become an Australian registered company.Under the terms of the re-domicile, your account will be credited with 1 new Depository Instrument (DI) for each existing share held. The re-domicile is expected to become effective on 1 May 2024, with the new DIs expected to be readmitted to trading on AIM on the same date. | smackeraim
26/4/2024 17:52 | I posted it on post 32.They said it would delist from AIM and the kast day to sell was 1st May. Otherwise it would relist on ASX sometime in the future!! | wallywoo
26/4/2024 17:40 | Wallywoo, I haven't read that email, how was it wrong? | halland75
26/4/2024 17:38 | Glad I wasn't one of them. Can you imagine if the Grant RNS showed up Monday morning, those sellers will be kicking themselves and IG. | halland75
26/4/2024 17:27 | I bet there will be some angry ex shareholders, who sold on the back of that email. I bet there's nothing they can do. Will be buying back on Monday morning!! Was probably someone who had a few Friday lunchtime beers at IG!! | wallywoo
26/4/2024 17:13 | Right 100% the email rather than the post just some may not have read their emails and seen the post and panicked | dvsfm
26/4/2024 16:43 | Looks like this topic may have triggered a number of sells just after posting | dvsfm
26/4/2024 16:42 | I think you are right and IG have it wrong. They are moving domicile from Virgin islands to Australia, but trading is continuing. Think IG have made a mistake here. | wallywoo
26/4/2024 16:38 | see this is the RNS from April 4th European Metals is seeking re-admission to AIM in accordance with AIM Rule 27 following a re-domiciliation from the British Virgin Islands to Australia, to be completed on the date of re-admission. A re-domiciliation of this type does not change the corporate structure of European Metals but simply changes the jurisdiction in which the company is registered and incorporated (maintaining its original legal identity). I dont think there is anything to worry about, companies usually give notice of intent to delist , who knows though, but doubt IG is correct at this present time | dvsfm |
