So ZNWD acquires full owenership of the Zinnwald project adjacent to Cinovec. Must be strong logic for EMH and ZNWD to merge and share development and processing

Czech listing postponed but big push to raise profile in the US, which has to be good news. Still expecting news on offtake in next few months

Bits in press suggesting VW boss is visiting Czech shortly to negotiate gigafactory deal. Cinovec is the key especially if it adds processing capability

Similarly strong in US, not quite sure why London price is lagging

Very strong again on ASX. Hopefully Cadence overhang clearing and more upward momentum from here

EMH has referenced the article in Handelsblatt on their Twitter feed. Suspect they know a lot more about VWs plans

News from VW ...we have to get actively involved in the raw materials business... decisive factor in cell cost ... we have to take care of the raw materials right now. Considering building from mine to cell. They cannot afford to lose Cinovec supply to Tesla.

Cadence selling explains the recent weakness. Suspect more to come but seems there are buyers at c65p ... maybe Thematica. Meanwhile the European lithium story continues to build. Still think big players will compete for the offtake

Tend to agree, lithium and tin prices very strong and location adds huge premium. Most lithium sources are in remote locations, where infrastructure, transport, geo political considerations, access to uninterupted power and water are all restraints. Now another consideration has imerged and that is the green credentials of the product and shipping has become a major factor.

Hi Roberts. The selling price is on a random walk at the moment, on low volumes, and our share price is broadly tracking the wider lithium market. Keith has thankfully explained now the delay in the offtake, and as you say it may now be close. All the other news has in imo been entirely very positive, and I really think that the market has just got bored with lithium shares after all the hype and excitement at the start of the year. But once the penny drops, and an offtake is announced, we should see the true value outed. My target price has increased from £1.50 to £2 by the end of the year based on the rising lithium price, with upside from that in 2022.

Clearly this has run into some selling resistance around 70p. But Thematica potentially offers support around current levels. Recent interview suggests offtake news may be a month or two away

EMH is really on top of the science. Often junior lithium miners need to bring in the likes of Ganfeng for their expertise.

Added more on this weakness. Still the best lithium asset in Europe and offtake discussions underway. Predict Tesla v VW bidding war. Plus Czech listing soon and potential Thematica support at these levels. May dip but medium term investment case holds

This reversal might prompt Thematica to top up their holdings. They remain very bullish on Lithium

RK Equity, Lithium Equity Review - May 2021In Europe, the English-language Prague Business Journal reported that the Czech state utility CEZ which has a 51/40% JV with European Metals Holdings (ASX: EMH, OTC: ERPNF, EMHLF) was in talks with Volkswagen subsidiary Skoda to build a battery Gigafactory, and suggested the site of the former Prunerov lignite-fired power plant might be a suitable location. The article also suggested CEZ was in talks with LG. CEZ suggested lithium from Cinovec could supply the factory from 2024/25. Volkswagen suggested during its Power Day earlier this that a 40GWH battery plant was being evaluated for the Czech, Slovak or Poland.

Especially as that means Gangfeng will own 22 per cent of Zinnwald which is right next door to Cinovec.

Well I'm surprised the BCN offer hasn't caused a big rise here. Best lithium asset in Europe by far

Very interesting Roskill article discussing Europe sourcing the lowest carbon lithium for its rapidly growing needs. 22,500 km from Oz, 13,500 km from Chile or 200 - 250 km from Cinovec?

how does this compare to Bacanora (BCN) in terms of reserves, state of finances and stage of production? and what about Zinnwald Lithium? My research shows that it is very close to European Metals Holdings in terms of location? Why EMH and not Zinnwald?
