Clearly buyers falling over themselves today to get a piece of the cyan action after yesterday's dog and pony show. Is it just me or does anyone else think these events are an unnecessary expense? Afterall they are not about selling product or services. So why bother?

Let's not focus on the presentation. We have heard it all before from these dog and pony shows and BRR Media. The important thing is was there any free drinks, crisps and sandwiches?

Harry did the presentation today as JC was away on business, I spoke to SS at some length at the Cyan stand, so will write up a few notes (probably tomorrow)

Someone should tell SAP they are late to this party. Cyan is the world leader and has lots of shares too ;-)

Well, I didn't sell out on this - couldn't get a price anyway - so as long as any movement isn't directors' selling, I'm calm for now

Runthejoules - thanks, but I think this one looks a bit unusual. Sure there are often sharp moves on news ....but there hasn't been any.I've been keeping a close eye on it for months with the idea of adding - but haven't yet got round to doing so.I suspect that there will be an explanation in due course....

Bad salespeople? Top drawer industry experts apparently with all the right connections but they do struggle, bless 'em to step up to the plate and deliver.

Emptyend, not sure why but this happens a lot. The stock is range-bound at the moment and on every slightly-good-but-unconvincing RNS it slightly pushes into profit, I um and ah about whether to sell and put it into a dependable dividend stock and then it's down again before I can type the number of shares in millions that I own into Hargreaves Lansdowne. Hoping they will actually announce some meaningful orders soon. Great product, bad salespeople!
