Time is of the essence. Please consider voting AGAINST the delisting resolution. As noted in the circular:

The principal effect of the proposed Cancellation is that there would no longer be a formal market mechanism enabling Shareholders to trade their Ordinary Shares on AIM or any other recognised market or trading exchange.

Shareholders should also be aware that the Company will no longer be bound by the AIM Rules following Cancellation. As a consequence, investors will not be able to benefit from certain of the protections provided by the AIM Rules. For example, the Company will no longer be required to announce material events, interim or final results or transactions (including related party transactions) and certain previously prescribed corporate governance procedures may not be adhered to by the Company in the future. Shareholders' approval will also not be required for reverse takeovers and/or fundamental changes in the Company's business. The Company will no longer be bound to comply with the corporate governance requirements applicable to UK-quoted companies and the Company would also no longer be required to have a Nominated Adviser, nor be required to retain a Broker.

Takeover Code
The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Takeover Code") currently applies to the Company and as such the Shareholders currently benefit from a number of protections contained in the Takeover Code. Following Cancellation, the Company's place of central management and control will not be in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and, pursuant to paragraph 3(a)(ii) to the Introduction to the Takeover Code, the Company will no longer be subject to the Takeover Code.

Shareholders should note that, if the Cancellation becomes effective, they will not receive the protections afforded by the Takeover Code in the event that there is a subsequent offer to acquire their Ordinary Shares.

Happy to hold here - business has been transformed today;

loss making data centres sold for cash

losses stemmed or dramatically reduced

huge liabilities for leases cleared

freed up management and staff to concentrate on remaining business.

added £1M cash to existing credit balances of £10.8 Million

Now a cash rich shell with several directors and investors holding significant stakes

Offer to come for quick buyout or RTO will be backed in this quoted business.

All for M/C £3M.

Bargain. DYOR.

JUMBONE - look I held 30000 shares at 1p - sold half and will keep half.
I don't care what you think - BUT I do care what others think/post..
If you think it's fine for posters to lie about NAV of 149p or to have a 15p target without any evidence of how they calculated it - fine.
I have been caught on a spike several times - and it may happen here - for new investors. So telling them there has already been a 500% rise based on a RNS were the company said there MAY be a disposal (that's all - no details) and perhaps DYOR first - is not trolling IT'S TALKING SENSE.
Oh look - the share price has fallen back today - like I expected - because the day trading pumpers appeared on Friday and have sold today.. so focus your anger were it would be directed .. ok?

Phil.Yes I understsnd it's undervalued. If it was staying listed I would buy, I just mean why would investors buy if it's going to be delisted quite soon.Maybe the quick buck boys trying to create a big spike to sell into...other than that, you would be invested in an unlisted company, which could be worth a lot more but untradeable

A merger/takeover with a larger group will reduce combined overheads and bring it into profitability quickly.

Obviously the foreign investors are closer to the action in Malaysia and have calculated there's hidden value here.

Could be multiples of this price within a month or two.

Hold on - still priced to go bust currently!

PRE-OPEN REPORT: The headline index is tipped to open comfortably higher this morning, according to financial websites, with investors buoyed by a return to normal in the US and news of strong growth in China.

Sent this evening. Will post reply if I get one.

"For the attention of Investor Relations.

Sirs, In your recent RNS regarding the expanded but delayed CX6 development, the following phrase was used which i would respectfully request some clarity on. The RNS stated "....as the revised proposal is being reviewed by the customer.".

Are you able to clarify whether the customer has indeed reviewed and accepted the revised terms as the wording suggests doubts as to the actual outcome. I know this particular wording has made UK private investors nervous and would appreciate your advices.

Best regards
