23/12/2018 11:48 | If ever there was a way for a share to trade below zero pence then CSFG would be N0:1.... | diku
21/12/2018 09:07 | Cannot see it repeating the drop then spike from 0.9p offer to 2.2p bid this time. Might as well take your chance on the matched bargain system if you still hold and somebody was clearly buying size not so long ago around 2.3p | dave4545
12/11/2018 09:49 | Company tries to delist. Shareholders reject the proposal. Chairman resigns. NOMAD resigns and company just can't seem to be able to appoint a new one. Company's listing therefore cancelled. Almost like a stitch up... | stemis
18/10/2018 12:16 | Has this been delisted?? It's not available to buy on II | mustafa15a
24/9/2018 12:52 | Wow. Could get interesting | knigel
24/9/2018 12:39 | Motion has failed. | stemis
14/9/2018 19:21 | Time is of the essence. Please consider voting AGAINST the delisting resolution. As noted in the circular: The principal effect of the proposed Cancellation is that there would no longer be a formal market mechanism enabling Shareholders to trade their Ordinary Shares on AIM or any other recognised market or trading exchange. Shareholders should also be aware that the Company will no longer be bound by the AIM Rules following Cancellation. As a consequence, investors will not be able to benefit from certain of the protections provided by the AIM Rules. For example, the Company will no longer be required to announce material events, interim or final results or transactions (including related party transactions) and certain previously prescribed corporate governance procedures may not be adhered to by the Company in the future. Shareholders' approval will also not be required for reverse takeovers and/or fundamental changes in the Company's business. The Company will no longer be bound to comply with the corporate governance requirements applicable to UK-quoted companies and the Company would also no longer be required to have a Nominated Adviser, nor be required to retain a Broker. Takeover Code The City Code on Takeovers and Mergers (the "Takeover Code") currently applies to the Company and as such the Shareholders currently benefit from a number of protections contained in the Takeover Code. Following Cancellation, the Company's place of central management and control will not be in the United Kingdom, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man and, pursuant to paragraph 3(a)(ii) to the Introduction to the Takeover Code, the Company will no longer be subject to the Takeover Code. Shareholders should note that, if the Cancellation becomes effective, they will not receive the protections afforded by the Takeover Code in the event that there is a subsequent offer to acquire their Ordinary Shares. | st96dgx8
31/8/2018 15:03 | Got to be insiders. I bet the 1.1p seller is feeling sick, at the time it seemed the right thing to do. First time I've seen a delisted to be stock trade well above the price when they announce the delisting plans | dave4545
29/8/2018 19:36 | Think I am with post 2129...Could it be insiders buying via a different vehicle...reject the de listing once again and replace the board... | diku
29/8/2018 10:01 | Interesting. There's definitely a buyer(s) in the market. Either someone who wants to block the delisting, suspects what management are up to or realises the true value here? | stemis
28/8/2018 15:36 | Well good luck trading as at least there is still time to buy/sell here. Reckon delisting will happen this time. | knigel
28/8/2018 15:19 | friggin eck | sigora
28/8/2018 14:23 | Make that 100% wow | dave4545
28/8/2018 13:56 | 100k at a premium now of 2p So 1.1p offer low and now 1.7p bid, bet nobody saw a potential 50% profit to be made here today ? | dave4545
28/8/2018 09:04 | Somehow I doubt somebody managed to sell 1 million shares at the opening bid price of 2.1p ?? | dave4545
28/8/2018 08:40 | Yes - it was rejected by the shareholders. Total con here from start to finish. | philjeans
28/8/2018 07:53 | This is an MBO in drag. Delist, smash the share price and then sit their with a matched bargain provider mopping up all the shares from desperate sellers. Haven't they tried (unsuccessfully) to delist before? | stemis
28/8/2018 07:14 | No sign unless I missed it of a special buy out price. When HAIK delisted right at the bottom of the Rns they offered to buy out all shareholders for a "small premium", price at time was 27p so one assumed they meant 30p but the price tanked on open to sub 20p hence there was money to be made but I cannot see a offer here just a matched bargain service. | dave4545
28/8/2018 07:07 | I sold out when they paid their management a ridiculous reward and as Philjeans pointed out it was not their money to do so. Now they moan they need to save money/costs so they cancel the listing. Well if they kept all that money. These far east Aim stocks do not arf give me headaches, Gsh, Csfg and Mrs etc etc | dave4545
31/7/2018 08:25 | Maybe it was a question of first selling then commenting ;-) They were certainly disappointing. Talk of new customers but at the same time of investing unspecified amounts in new equipment. All in all the picture remains murky. That and the directors generously helping themselves to large bonuses for doing what they are paid to do was the reason for me to sell after the results. | orange1
31/7/2018 07:14 | Surprised no one commented on the results (tbh only noticed yesterday). I wonder if the ultra rampers still thinks this is worth 65p! | knigel
21/6/2018 07:47 | Am able to sell all my stock for 2.3easily, definitely a big buy order in | wolf9
21/6/2018 07:35 | Yesterday when the market was abysmal I was checking my small cap holdings. In most of them I could not get a quote to sell 5-10k, not much good when you are holding anything from 100-500k. However in this one I could sell all my stock online. mm's want 2.65p now after a brief window to buy at mid price has gone after that 99k buy. | dave4545 |
