Posted at 28/8/2018 07:07 by dave4545 I sold out when they paid their management a ridiculous reward and as Philjeans pointed out it was not their money to do so.Now they moan they need to save money/costs so they cancel the listing. Well if they kept all that money. These far east Aim stocks do not arf give me headaches, Gsh, Csfg and Mrs etc etc |
Posted at 19/6/2018 11:09 by dave4545 Yeah that thread is ruined now. Same 5 posters always turn up on the biggest % risers.Never saw it going over 60p+ today but have to be happy with the profit. For this one, the chart is certainly predicting good news. Maybe they will do a special dividend of 5p, one can dream but it's not impossible with the cash they have and big reduction in liabilities to come. |
Posted at 06/6/2018 15:45 by wolf9 Some patience required here, feel it will be much higher soon. Bod to announce what they are planning with the available cash, maybe a special dividend or some new venture. |
Posted at 29/5/2018 13:06 by dave4545 Nature of the this Aim market now, nobody touching anything but if the right Rns comes along they are pile in at 50-100% higher. When CSFG announced substantially reduced liabilities following the disposal we should get a reward. The smart money buys before the spike but in this market 99.9% do not want to touch quiet stocks until news and they will gladly paid higher for momentum. |
Posted at 29/5/2018 09:21 by wolf9 Possible special dividend next month when they get the return of the £1m |
Posted at 12/5/2018 09:22 by stemis In the short term the share price will just be driven by non financial considerations; stale holders, traders, general uncertainty about what's going to happen next. Eventually an orderly market should return. Remember the share price hit 4.5p when news of a possible disposal leaked out back in August. The company have already tried to delist once but it was rejected by shareholders.I don't know why the buyers of CFS CX don't come back and make an offer for the company. Costs of being a plc are about £200k a year ( so an offer of say 8p would cost them, net of cash, about £1.6m and get them a business making about £0.6m a year. I'd be happy with that! |
Posted at 10/5/2018 21:08 by orinocor euclid5, That position is turned on its head after the disposal. It's now a positive net asset value of 10 million sterling or that ball park. It might be more because csfg also get a million pounds.Look for the part where assets / liabilities are classified as for sale that will make it easier. |
Posted at 10/5/2018 20:43 by euclid5 don't forget the Net liabilities as at 30 September 2017 of RM69.1m (£12.3m*)Can anyone shed any further light on this? |
Posted at 09/9/2017 15:23 by profw The moot question is NOT whether or not CSFG is profitable...The Moot question is what are each of their Subsidiaries worth? CSFG Have 4 Data Centers and each of them is a Subsidiary of CSFG CX1, CX 2, CX 3, and CX 5 Let me calculate each of their fair values Data Center CX 1: Total Area Contributing to Rental Income >>> 81,000 ft² Annual Rental Revenue Contribution in Mill GBP >>> 1.19 Mill GBP Percentage of annual revenue >>> 8.00% Data Center Area >>> 45,500 ft² Exchange Rate Per MYR = >>> £0.180849 Build Cost per Sq.Ft >>> MYR 662.00 Build Cost per Sq.Ft >>> £119.72 Build cost of Data Center >>> £5,447,353 Per share addition upon sale >>> 3.40 GBX Data Center CX 2: Total Area Contributing to Rental Income >>> 321,000 ft² Annual Rental Revenue Contribution in Mill GBP >>> 4.71 Mill GBP Percentage of annual revenue >>> 34.00% Data Center Area >>> 157,500 ft² Exchange Rate Per MYR = >>> £0.180849 Build Cost per Sq.Ft >>> MYR 962.00 Build Cost per Sq.Ft >>> £173.98 Build cost of Data Center >>> £27,401,336 Per share addition upon sale 17.13 GBX Data Center CX 3: Total Area Contributing to Rental Income >>> 3,000 ft² Annual Rental Revenue Contribution in Mill GBP >>> 0.04 Mill GBP Percentage of annual revenue >>> 0.31% Data Center Area >>> 2,000 ft² Exchange Rate Per MYR = >>> £0.180849 Build Cost per Sq.Ft >>> MYR 1,333.00 Build Cost per Sq.Ft >>> £241.07 Build cost of Data Center >>> £482,143 Per share addition upon sale 0.30 GBX Data Center CX 5: Total Area Contributing to Rental Income >>> 550,000 ft² Annual Rental Revenue Contribution in Mill GBP >>> 0.04 Mill GBP Percentage of annual revenue >>> 0.31% Data Center Area >>> 201,000 ft² Exchange Rate Per MYR = >>> £0.180849 Build Cost per Sq.Ft >>> MYR 1,995.00 Build Cost per Sq.Ft >>> £360.79 Build cost of Data Center >>> £72,519,545 Per share addition upon sale 45.32 GBX When CSFG sells their Subsidiary... Assuming it is at the COST of Build it would bring in additional revenues of... £ 5.5 Mill or 27.4 Mill or £ 482K or £ 72.5 Mill The per share contribution of that sale would be: 3.40 GBX or 17.13 GBX or 0.30 GBX or 45.32 GBX So Take a Pick...
