Further to the announcement of 31 July 2007, Creative Education Corporation Plc
announces that negotiations in relation to a refinancing of the company are
continuing but have not yet been concluded as originally hoped.  The company
continues to enjoy the support of its creditors and believes it will be in a
position to announce refinancing proposals next week.
