Posted at 30/1/2005 13:17 by maytrees Presumably the Insitutional buy RNS belowsignifies that CEC holders (of which I am one) are not "junk" addicts: "Creative Education Corp Plc 28 January 2005 The Company was informed on 14th January 2005 that Newton UK Smaller Companies Exempt fund (with registered holder being Mellon Nominees UK Ltd) is now the beneficial owner of 20,000,000 shares in Creative Education Corporation plc, representing 6.64 per cent. of the issued share capital." |

Posted at 18/3/2004 17:27 by mangal The problem with tiddlers like this one is that when there is no news the only direction the share price can go is down because the only people interested in the shares are the holders and they are more likely to sell than buy; I know there has been some recent buying (John Baker and Laurence Davis who now hold some 40% of Co) but that appears to have been some sort of internal transfer otherwise it certainly would have moved the price up.We need some good news if the price is to move up. I thought the budget announcement yesterday re education spending was v good for Cos like CEC but that failed to make an impact. Lets hope some good news will come out from the agm at end of this month. |
