While you're at it, look at where Salvesen was highlighted on 24th October.

I looked at this one as a recovery play, but as the would-be bidder Custos placed its 9% stake in early July and the FD resigned a fortnight later it seemed too risky. Wonder who took that 24m and at what price. Any info and comment on this one?

possible bid target [read chairman's statement]
div policy is very positive
YET SHARE PRICE DROPS
largley due to broker advice
good opportunity to tuck away a few for rainy days
