18/11/2015 21:46 | FWIW: I like CCT and have done well out of it. However: CCT now has a high Slater PEG - currently 3.84, according to ShareScope. I moved on from CCT a few weeks ago, mainly for this reason. There are plenty of other stocks with far more attractive PEGs, with an equally exciting or better investment outlook. Technically, it could be argued that the share price has either topped out or, at best, is in a major consolidation phase. Having said that, if the price does now break to the upside - it might make up for lost time. | saucepan
18/11/2015 21:37 | 2 weeks or so until the results and frankly I feel that I am flying a bit blind here! Fwd rolling PE of 12.1 looks undemanding, and other metrics like ROCE and ROE look good. Simon Thompson at IC seems positive, but no broker upgrades and price action reflects this. It is starting to look a bit of a punt, although the products seem good - but are they selling? No real guide from the institutions which on balance seem to be selling a bit more than buying. Anyone have any thoughts - p.s. what ever happened to Fido!? | gargleblaster

16/11/2015 08:54 | r1singson - Stockopedia hs been around for a couple of years now. It is very good and has excellent screening facilities. My only real gripe is that it doesn't show PBT forecasts (it uses net profits). Also be aware that it's sector classification system is different from that used by the FT and Sharescope. | glaws2
13/11/2015 09:48 | Well I think they could certainly afford it as the div cover is so high, but looks like BoD pretty much keep final div in line with interims. Agree with your forecast range for turnover from my own research but a reported increase I think will cause share price to continue upward after recently stagnating. Off topic but has anyone here got any experience of using stockopedia, must say its interface looks very good but it's kind of a new entrant to the market. It looks like they have a facility for future earnings based on brokers estimates - very useful. | r1singson
13/11/2015 02:18 | Are we going to see a doubling of the dividend to 12p? putting the yield back to 3% t/o to 115-120m this is the key period to Feb for the company, will the increase in population, growth, and children of under 6 translate into success and growth in market share. all the profit is being channelled back to directors, salaries bonuses and share buybacks and options, when do shareholders get the benefit of a return other than share speculation gains. its been rewarding but substance is needed and a confidence to raise the dividend would be good. | mcartdon
