The 'Reference Share Price' for the issue of new ordinary shares under the scrip dividend alternative is:



US$6.925 for each new ordinary share.



For holders of ordinary shares this is equivalent to 1 new share for

approximately every 69.25 shares held prior to the ex-dividend

date of 12 February 2015.

The share price is still not over the Daily SMA 200. If the ceasefire occurs and holds that may be sufficient to push it over; otherwise maybe not.

Exxon buying worn happen they could have bought the company a lot cheaper a month ago, the recent spike is share price has for sure killed that.

They would have to pay around 5.30 - 5.50 a share at least.

A ceasefire will begin in eastern Ukraine on 15 February, the leaders of Russia and Ukraine have announced.

"We have managed to agree on the main issues," Russia's Vladimir Putin said after marathon talks with Ukraine's Petro Poroshenko, as well the leaders of France and Germany.

French President Francois Hollande said it was a "serious deal" but not everything had been agreed.

Thousands of people have been killed in the fighting in the east of Ukraine.

The meeting in Belarus - which began on Wednesday - was focused on securing a ceasefire, withdrawal of heavy weapons and creating a demilitarised zone in Eastern Ukraine.
