28/11/2015 10:48 | Yes, I have been assured by Phil Jackson that they are going to sort out the broken links on the website, so hope to see that rectified shortly as I completely agree that it is an own goal. Am anticipating that we will get a trading update, possibly on Monday or at some point next week which should provide some details on the profit for the quarter just passed. I am hoping that they achieve a profit of around £500k for the quarter, given the revenue slippage from the previous year accompanied by the the new contracts they have been winning coming on line. | smudgedan
28/11/2015 09:50 | Smudgedan - as you have a large holding have you spoken to any of the Board or anyone else at the company? I emailed them about the website a few months ago as links on it don't work (it's dreadful) and got completely blanked. | hydrus
28/11/2015 09:24 | Nice balanced comments Michael. I have a large holding in Box and am quite excited by the future prospects here, given the exponential profit growth, high margins and relatively low fixed costs. I would prefer a lower number of shares in issue and wouldn't mind a 10 to 1 consolidation. Also the % of shares in public hands has certainly been a hindering factor. That being said, if the company can maintain anything like the growth they have seen over the past year or so then I can see a £20m market cap being easily achievable in a relatively short space of time based on a relatively modest P/E ratio of what I think they can achieve in profits for the current year. | smudgedan
27/11/2015 22:02 | Should say though - do agree it looks cheap and if they do grow in line with potential this year could be interesting. I think I'll see what next update says first though. | hydrus
27/11/2015 19:48 | Michael thanks. The other potential negative here is the enormous amount of shares issued. Personally, not something I like. It seems to attract a lot of traders I note. I was in Box earlier this year but the delays announced in last statement (plus chairman sales as you highlighted) made me step out and watch from side lines. Will keep watching but every chance this will drop back shortly, due to the second point I made above. | hydrus
27/11/2015 12:43 | Bring it on! Let's hope the rise continues. | moormoney
25/11/2015 21:58 | it would be a takeover target considering its market value (capitalisation). According to my view it could be sooner than later. | 5uchchi

25/11/2015 14:20 | BOX looking strong today :-) | newvest1
23/11/2015 18:57 | The payments business looks as though it is set for a significant ramp up in profits in the next year - already Boxhill has proved the ability to grow its market share and revenues in its payments business and it is now gaining new customers via partner network. The partner network will accelerate market share, and shared revenues will drop straight to bottom line without addiing to overhead costs. I had previously pencilled in £1.5m pbt for the payments business for the current year. Add in additional profit from new partnerships - say £750k. Add in a major contribution from casino cash when this is launched and one can see how this business can be worth £50m in the next couple of years | the bounty hunter
23/11/2015 18:30 | It would certainly look that way judging by some of the buys going through. Casino related news? We don`t have long to wait it would seem. GLA | justanothergoodinvestor
