I think to add to the list of negatives, the corporate governance here is not up to scratch. In the trading update they said:'The Company expects to publish its audited annual report and accounts for the year to 31 July 2015 in November 2015.'Surely it's not difficult to stick to a timetable they laid out only two months ago? Anyway apologies if I am sounding negative but there are a number of Amber flags that need addressing by the company.
