Will we get a 1st quarter to 31 Oct update perhaps?

We know that the revenue for the first half this year will be @£800k ahead of last year on new business alone, the business that got delayed beyond 31 July end of last year so first half results could be very good, short term sellers creating a great buying opportunity for those buying for this year.

The problem is that there are so many holders of this stock if the market were to mark them up by 50% you would see a huge amount of profit takers and then a huge overhang of stock, therefore they have to take it up in small amounts and replace the various holders at higher prices, surely you know this Mike?

The bounce is on
nice to see a rush to buy again at this low prices, second/third and now fourth movement on the share price
so the bounce is certainly on by the look of it

From the "UPS" thread last night ........

After last week movement down share price managed to hold above the 50 days Moving average and Slow stochastic is reaching oversold,
Despite the negative RNS short term, the rest of the update was positive for the future
and after seeing the buys/sells leveling last Friday, lets see if the return of good times comes along soon. for the share price.

New forecast after the BDO update

Full year to 31 july 2015
sales .............2.090M
Pretax profits 0.620M
E P S ............0.0428p

If those figures were to be right, then the shares are well undervalued @ 0.34p the PE is 7.9
naturally for next year already over 2 month on the book would be on a much much lower PE
note - total shares 1.448M

oh Mike what am I going to do with you.......tell you what shall I send you a cheque for £5,000 to give to the management of failed aim pharma company that you have held a torch for over the years perhaps? After all you persuaded quite a few others to follow your lead in bankrolling the so called management there...I'm sure you believe that would be a far better investment than putting another £5,000 into this rapidly growing company? Can you help me make a decision please?

MP, was the rise not due to the promotion of the stock and if so when the same traders attempt to exit will it not retrace, that IMO is the driver here not any penny share tip sheet.

The shares have bounced off from the 20 day moving average. A good sign. This share is a long-term buy and hold for serious investors looking forward to reaping handsome rewards.

I see increasing revenue with a less proportional increase in overheads, hence a higher profit before tax in the coming year, and hopefully beyond.

I would be very disappointed if this share does not reach 1 p by the end of 2016.

I think that may be pushing it but it's the last few words that matte, before Casino Cash and Soccerdome contribute. A good core business with some exciting opportunities this year. It's a solid long term hold. Been in since .19 and have added lots with last top up before today's one at most expensive of .40. expect a doubling at least over the next 9 months.RC

Are they expecting £4 m in turnover this year?

They were estimating £2 m for the 2nd half of the year ended but now say its been pushed back into this year. They also say the business is growing. 1 new customer a week as per the RNS and they'll average twice the customers they had last year. So maybe twice last year's revenue i.e. £4 m.

They also say costs should not increase much, so say 50% operating profit not 33% like the year ended. That would give £2 m of operating profits from the payments side this year.

Any views? Is £4 m revenue and £2 m operating profits realistic before casino cash or lottery or soccerdome ?

Let me clarify my earlier comment ... There is the potential for some costs to appear in the final numbers not related to dtd business. It all depends the nature of any extra expense if there are any , if they are positive such as cash machine Development costs then all well and good. Still long might even accumulate on dips ..

BOX are delivering year on year as promised and expanding at pace a good buy and hold for significant med/long term gains imo
