Don't be silly winnet. It was obvious that CoC would just buy more stock. He didn't need to faff around to realise that.

I note winnet you have gone quiet on your claims that Bomono is worth something now. Perhaps you read what the SNH really think and have modified your thoughts?

You're a cynic aren't you log. I'm sure it had nothing to do with "leaving packages".

He probably realised that COC were going to get enough stock to force him out and jumped before pushed. Nothing to do with his own personal circumstance.

The independent review makes sense and was supported by the COC director nominees. I suppose now that Allan has gone there is no need for the EGM, unless it is called to replace the COC original nominees with a more pliable lot. :) Also there is no need for an office in Edinburgh now. Cut costs to the minimum necessary.

Marked up 4.5% - the market approves and sees some form of liquidity event on the horizon or certainly value creation

Reality bites, antics over, but probably no more to be heard of that "Independent Review" into the $100m ascribed to Bomono, at least I hope so.

we are not an oil and gas company... or at least we shouldn't be.

we have operatorship of bomono which should be passed to VOG, and we have an interest in Etinde which takes LITERALLY no resources/input from BLVN.

this is COC's point - the board were paid as if they were running a successful oil and gas company when in fact we should be a holding company with some passive assets.

Lawrence, there is no oil company to run here. There is a cash pile & 1 decent asset where NA call all the shots.Did you not notice the share price has risen since COC got involved...

Hot_Topic, if you go to the "Board" section of the website and follow the "Management Team" link and see what appears there now as opposed to a week or so ago. Hart and Crawford there then but not now, in fact no management appear at all leading to my interpretation. You, perhaps, interpret differently and no doubt the coming days will clarify.

Warbaby43..............don't know where you've been over the last weeks but Hart and the others are no longer directors so are not listed either as Board Members or as Directors holding shares - plain and simple. Don't make something out of this when there isn't anything. HT

1msn's post above appears to be a misreading of Chahin's 1.14m shares equating to .36% of the company:

This from his profile, though:

"He also takes on Chief Restructuring Officer roles and Independent Director board appointments"

It does look as well, as though Crawford has departed along with Hart.

Might stretch credulity after the antics of recent days, but Billy couldn't actually be coming to terms with reality - could he?

Like that post Loglorry1.

Well, that's set the floor imo.

BLVN will go for more than 36p; as if we had not all concluded that already.

Doesn't Eli realise that's not the Bowleven way. The way it works is that he gets given a load of shares for free. What a numptie!
