Falkland Islands tax regime is very low,the deal is highly attractive and very workable.Note the amount they can get out of the ground daily, nearly 100k boe per day.Staggering

Let's talk economics
$30-40 to extract and transport crude is cheaper the any other off shore discovery in the world. Darwin is in deep water, other discoveries maybe shallow, but if Count in the state taxes of exports it makes the deal unworkable.
Russia had 50% export duty on all crude.
A lot of poorer country's consider oil as a means To pay for running their country.

Gunns u should get on your helicopter and fly out asap..
Darwin has at least 350 million barrels of condensate (not including gas)
BUT most importantly other targets within the field zone.
Majors don't want to commit to $1.2 billions of infrastructure without more pay zones.
We have Sullivan, stokes and Covington, all of which could add 750 million barrels
At the cost of $30-40 per barrel...
This is cheaper then US franking, which is at $50-60... Saudi Arabia probably runs at $20.. along with the other Arab emirates states

Falklands Is a friendly state with tax benefits. Argentina Is friendlier

Gus, you are thinking only terms of remoteness. The concept of hydrocarbon stranding is much more complex. Sometimes an accumulation can be stranded even if in proximity to infrastructure, within a stable, fair tax jurisdiction. Bentley field heavy oil is/was in that category. Many gas fields are stranded due to being remote from ullage or too small, in a geo-political context prohibitive to business confidence. Kribi onshore LNG still suspended due (in my opinion) to the toxic politics of Cameroon. You are probably aware that a large Anglophone province have UDI’d. That’s enough for investors to sprint for the door.

UBS have an excellent download based on environmental law increasing accumulation stranding. I have a more technical pdf on old ipad but still lost and old version of goodreader so needs migrating.

I still think Bor could succeed and I have not bolted mate! Just nowhere near as exposed to stranding risk as before.

I’ve already got an r/c helicopter btw.

GOM,the thing is-is that i don't like helicopters. Stranded discoveries? Really, please enlighten me as to where in the world these are apart from the falklands at present.

Our very rich liquid gas(which is actually more marketable than the black stuff) is indeed highly sought after and will be even more so in 2 years.

Once we get our agreement and are around 50p for starters,i will indeed buy you a toy helicopter and if we get to 75p it will have remote control.Just private message me at the time with the delivery address.

Gus, we have traded err direct comments but as a speculator myself I would offer massive respect if you bought an actual helicopter on the basis of your decisions, even if I have to make do with a Lego one.

Really I would.

GOM,well i have to disagree.I could write a whole book on why,but for now i hold.

We are at 2p again, but look at the state of others.... for me i wouldn't sell at 10p or 1p,i am long term here and do not trade this stock. If anything,i actually hope for another stab below 2p as i will double my holding.

I will ping you a mail when we are at £1.

Anyway,i wish you the best.

Gus I think this one might join the stranded discovery list, just retaining a small qty now. Can’t really complain, was fairly easy to transact with and has at least helped to grow holdings elsewhere.

Nevertheless, if something astonishing happens the gap up will be spectacular.

GOM-ecumenical is definitely word of the day.....

There is "unity" here for those who listen and i was not ramping but merely speaking the truth.

I hold a lot and want the best for me and other holders and if i choose to share news then i will.

Yes, I will do one; whatever that is. While I am ‘doing one’ is it ok for me to retain my shareholding?

Nice warm cross-cultural almost ecumenical feel about capitalism these days.

GOM- He emailed me,he replied to me by email? Same>>> I had an email from him to say and i quote " wait just a little longer" and Darwin is "creating fantastic interest"

Nothing sinister or misleading.

I haven't put anything else but could, and the email was detailed.

Not sure what your problem is,i am telling the troops that it will be time to march soon in these dark times and frankly speaking if you do not like.........

Then do one.

Kindest Regards.

No Gus, he apparently replied to your email. There is no way on this planet that a CEO and especially this one, would email a PI with information of that nature. Haven’t you seen ‘Wall Street’.

Maybe it is planned, but it a much more complex processing system required than a relatively simple oil/gas/water separation. Gas RI is fine providing they have identified a suitable disposal well, or it could end up gassing out the reservoir.

I'll be honest, I'm relatively new into this share, so am unsure of what the detailed plans are... other than that it'll be well into the future.. but it's early doors, and a great longer term bet.

Providing RKH's Sealion is a success, it will bring this to the attention of more serious investors.

Is that correct Gus? LPG’s ie butane, propane, pentane processed in the FPSO along with the very light oil/condensate. Methane and Ethane reinjected to delay/mitigate condensate blockage issues.

No,BOR planned to re route the dry gas into the ground but we have a revised plan where the dry gas and condensate are utilised at the same time into one floater.

Superb plan and highly rewarding

Trouble with condensate is that there is (usually) more gas and light ends to deal with. Simple flaring unlikely to be allowed (and quite rightly so IMO), so it'll require much more up-front capex to deal with it.

One of the problems with associated gas where there is no local market.

I was in DES as well, corrupt springs to mind.

Logging said oil but it was water, insane really.

BOR is a slightly different animal, has probably more than RKH just not booked as reserves yet and no partner.

Only a matter of time, and when it happens BOR will have a higher m cap than RKH.

PMO were a bad choice for RKH in my opinion, but in fairness probably the only one at the time and still the only one now.Hope they get their final FID out of the way and crack on with production. Will be great for the RKH very patient holders and for the region in general.

What i love about BOR,is its condensate and not oil. There are not many fields left and in 2020 the whole shipping container industry needs the pure stuff.

In short BOR is a monster just sleeping right now,but still a monster.

Turns out my socks are worth more than my DES shares!
