They will get a deal; announcement made reference to being in talks with industry partners. Very rare for BOR management to put out anything like that

A farm in is unrealistic because BOR bring nothing to table other then the license. So, logically a take out is the remaining option. Price will be low and the stumbling block the terms for the current directors. I am guessing that is why it wont happen whilst they have funding options.

BOR has some very wealthy patient shareholders who will continue to back the company; last raise wasn't an issue and they now have cash and licence extension for another 18months. I reckon a deal will happen within that time period.

The majors don't want to risk getting shut out of Argentina but I believe the BOR discovery is too good for someone not to have a crack at it. How long we have to wait is the question; could be in the next few months or could be longer. That's the bet!

Lets not forget the years of good salaries they enjoyed without drilling. How much oil has been produced on BOR's licenses ? Clue it starts with 0"Bor is a lifestyle company" pure and simple prove me wrong

RKH need $1.8B.. that's huge. BOR only need $650m to produce 25-30k bpd. Payback in 2 years at $60, or 1 year at $90. Free cash flow thereafter to invest and expand. So BOR is not as capital intensive. Only 3 wells need drilling to get to 25-30k bpd. All equipment industry standard. BOR has far better economics and is much more attractive than Rockhopper. Hence funding is more likely. That guy should have bought BOR. I bet Navitas wished they had farmed in with BOR rather than Rockhopper.

None of it is Rockhoppers acreage. Rockhoppers Southern acreage next to BOR licence is tiny compared to BOR licence area. BOR has the prime area of the fold where the prospects are.

So why do you ignore that you have just called BOR investors donkey's. You seem rather obsessed with BOR for someone who isn't invested. Why are you so obsessed with BOR?. Is it because you are frightened it will get a a deal done and holders will make a lot of money? You and Brazil and Travis and the Gypsy Queen come across as very inadequate individuals. That's just an observation and not name calling. I bet you're all ADVFN stooges being paid to deramp shares you don't like and talk up the shares your little ring are in.

The market view is that BOR is a stranded asset and because of the politics with Argentina no mid / major is willing to sign a deal. There is no question that BOR has a large attractive discovery; the question is whether times are changing and the mid / majors will be willing in a new oil price era to take the plunge. The mid / majors have not had much success in Argentina so maybe there is little to lose by going for the BOR licence now. BOR is trading at option value and is a risk I am willing to take considering the huge potential upside.

It's pretty clear this is going to be a giant in the making. The funding can come from a variety of sources now. 'Industry collaborators' is an interesting term which BOR use in today's update. These 'industry collaborators' must be known to BOR already. Exciting times ahead and more news to follow.
