15/2/2019 22:30 | Massive upside possibilities here I agree, but I personally can't see the SFB being explored independently. I reckon there's a definite chance though if Premier and Rockhopper are up and running. The Falklands shares are very lowly valued. If you could be sure development was going to happen then now would be a great time to buy no doubt. | chinahere
15/2/2019 22:04 | Ha Ha funny old game this, brent crude charging to 70 usd and bor charging to 2p per share with an asset wholly owned and worth billions. Now folks, there are very rare times in life when an opportunity is in front of you that could possibly enhance your fortunes forever and this stock is one of them. You see that oil price rising and oil stocks decreasing do not actually work, the other will catch up sooner or later.... I will be buying 250,000 next week to stick into my sip and my return expectation on that 250,000 will be 30 fold as a start. Oh my word he is crazy you say.... 30 x 2.4p=72p per share x 400millionish=market cap of £288 million.Umm we raised 250 million to start this project off and btw the asset is worth £29 billion(give or take a penny) So just a tad undervalued........ The fact is-value is always realised in the end,the difficult bit is when end is... | gus 3000
11/2/2019 11:51 | Hi bitcoin are you a holder here | whocareswhats
11/2/2019 08:04 | a few years ago when the ramper RTW was all over this like a smelly coat it traded around 12p - market cap 40/50 million, since then its languished between 2 and 3p with the occasional spike up to 5p but was never able to hold that level. Lets face it folk got suckered/locked in when the rumour mill started just before the large fund raise. Will they ever get their money back - I hope so but won't be holding my breath! | bit coin
11/2/2019 07:33 | errrrm, asset value in the billions and largest shareholders bought in around 60-70p several years ago. Would never happen and would never be less.the 300 mill quoted would be a firesale price. | gus 3000
11/2/2019 07:05 | ermmmmm market cap £13 million, potential sale for 250 million, what makes you think it couldn't go for 20 or 30 million? | bit coin
08/2/2019 19:53 | I think a deal will be concluded soon, purely down to one email received by me and from obee back in late September 2018-it was very positive. For me the only reason no farmout has happened is the geography, and more importantly Argentina.Whoever partners us will probably have limited operations there. A re rate will happen pretty sure that i am sure,if RKH get to fid,we will ride on the back of that one for definite. Is a tricky one,the board are not getting any younger and i believe strongly if they think its a tough ask for a farm in then the for sale sign will be strapped to the door of HQ.They have enough cash for a couple years yet so need to do something soon and very soon. Too many people look at the spot price of oil today, when in reality it's all about the future. My bet is they may sell and actually may get approached to buy in order for the purchaser to bank the asset for tomorrow, why oblige themselves for an expensive farm in now when conditions are not great. Price? Who knows, the asset is worth billions, could we sell for 250 million? That would be a steal or daylight robbery but needs must sometimes. I am staying invested to the end, whatever that is.I have large stake here and i won't be going anywhere cause my gut tells me not to.We shall see if i am a fool but all the major shareholders are still here, not one has gone and that tells me something. | gus 3000
07/2/2019 09:34 | what makes you think a deal will be done soon? the last person to be bullish on here was RDW and all he got for his money was a fall from 12p to 2p | bit coin
06/2/2019 18:15 | Hi it was 46.5 million approx 55 million shares at 84p approx | whocareswhats
06/2/2019 16:18 | Only thing that keeps me going is the fact that in 2012 We found gas condensate at Darwin. Few days later they confirm this to their shareholders. More importantly they got 30,000,000 pounds as of rights issue off that. Shows strong management. Any other company would’ve done nothing. Rumblefish | rumblefish
05/2/2019 20:56 | If no farmout we sell, one or the other and soon, very soon. Interesting days, the later is more obvious for me personally which is a shame,i think the board will let it go for 250-300 million cash in my opinion which is daylight robbery but we will see. | gus 3000

19/12/2018 18:09 | Thats me ALL IN,put my money where my mouth is. | gus 3000
15/12/2018 21:39 | Ummmm so what next.Bor is in a very interesting position,i personally have it under good authority(the top) that things are progressing very nicely and that there is "fantastic interest" in Darwin. The fact of the matter is of course,is that there is no correlation between a market cap of £15 million quid ish with several milion in the bank and an asset value in the billions of pounds. In essence what we have is priced at zero. The key here is not just the amount we have but the quality, super light oil(condensate) which is the very best and at least half a billion barrels. Not scrubby shale or the heavy stuff but the holy grail. Now irrespective of markets, irrespective of oil price above usd 55,we have a clear unforgettable massive amount of assets,we owe no money and we have no partner. We have millions of pounds in the bank and under 500 million shares in issue, held by loyal partners who purchased massively above the current spot price and still hold. This stock is so compelling,so highly investable and possibly one of the few left in AIM with a bloody decent management structure who will get the partner that we all need. What next> farmin and when it happens, well bloody hell we will be at 50 p before you blink. So yes AIM in general across the board is normally a gamble, but this beauty is an investment.Buy and hold,do nothing more... All the best Lights out......... | gus 3000
05/12/2018 08:22 | Not much free stock floating, small algo trades dominating with trigger sells to make the illusion that we are down on a daily basis. When in fact on the ask there is nothing much available and we are back to the 4's again. My bet is 2019 is finally..... the year of the BOR and wow what a price to be in at,when that RNS pops through you will see the rerate of all rerates. | gus 3000
29/11/2018 11:59 | This is a significant step forward of the falklands A large oil and gas company, with over a billion quid to invest would look for zero political issues with their investment. At least initially. But their are still issues ie trade between the islands and South America, in particular Argentina and Brazil. All of which is a result of Argentinian sanctions That's something that has to be dealt with at the summit next week. The war was 40 years ago, Lets work this whole this out Rumblefish | rumblefish
