Elrico, give the guy a break . He has every right to ramp a company that has hundreds of million pounds of debt & is unable to fill it's satelite capacity, not forgetting unless it refinance it's self it will go bust.

I make it 5 times you've filtered me."Nasties" I would argue trying to help investors or potential investors be aware they could be throwing their hard earned money into a company that committed fraud and has very questionable accounting policies one could argue are designed to deceive. Don't forget 6 years of missed targets.

The bond holders could decide to refinance the debt at a lower interest rate now - instantly making AVN profitable perhaps ?

It seems the major bond holders own a lot of stock. They don't want to see this go down the swanny - they would lose on the stock value and not get back all their bonds from administration.
