01/12/2016 08:14 | CMCL 1 December, 2016: Caledonia Mining Corporation Plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") confirms that, following the recent introduction of "Bond Notes" by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe ("RBZ"), there is no change to the settlement system in place for Blanket Mine in Zimbabwe for its gold sales. Since January 2014, Blanket has sold all of its gold production to Fidelity Printers and Refiners Limited ("Fidelity"), which is a subsidiary of the RBZ. Blanket has received all sale proceeds within 48 hours of delivery to Fidelity in US dollars at a price which is 98.75% of the London afternoon "fix" on the day after delivery to Fidelity. In terms of its continuing disclosure obligations, Caledonia would announce any change in the terms on which Blanket sells its gold production. | the stigologist

30/11/2016 12:45 | When the Gold side of the Business is floated off... and the Gold price hits $5,000/oz and the Chinese are buying tons of the stuff, on the SGE, and Indians are using all their guile and wisdom to buy up more... THEN, we will all be in clover... Even if the IMF has told the Indian Gov't to rid the Central Bank of large denomination notes, there will be civil unrest if they try to ban cash/gold - which to my mind, they might try - the Gov't really made a mess of the last attempt to restrict access to 500 rupee notes... PMs will become part of the economy again, as people don't trust Banks. Maybe though, that is the intention? To get PMs into business, and from business into the central bank's vaults? BUT, Russia and China, are not playing ball with the Banksters... This battle is one we need to win for all our sakes? Freedom and Liberty... "Give me death or give me Freedom"? (who said that?) Is there a revolutionary spirit still alive in the socially engineered West? | wstirrup

29/11/2016 16:42 | inevitable profit take today with gold/nickel weak . Low volume suggests set back is minor and more upside to come | juju44
29/11/2016 11:20 | Something I haven't seen posted. Apologies if they have. "Nickel prices during the half year period averaged $9,541 per tonne compared to $11,787 last year. " Current LME Nickel price is $11,675. What with the efficiencies now taking place, plus increased tonnage, an average price of $11,675 could give something like $5m profit second half or more. | skidaddle
29/11/2016 10:19 | The other fly in the ointment is Mugabe and the issuance of Zimbabwe Bond Notes that occurred on Monday I think this coupled with the Gold price drop was one of the reasons ASA was impacted more than other Gold miners in this consolidation, even though we are geared to Nickel too. CMCL (Zim gold miner) also took a big hit in this pullback. Lets see how successful these Bond Notes are at relieving USD shortage. Even if it doesn't work, the long-term silver lining will be that Mugabe will lose all legitimacy, be ousted by the Veterans & Military, with no chance of Grace Mugabe getting in | redtrend
29/11/2016 09:10 | only fly in the ointment is gold and whether the US Crime machine wants it up or down . Where they want to put it is where it will go | juju44
