("Panda") co-founders Andrew and Peggy
Cherng are pleased to announce that Warren Woo and Carey Do Kim have joined the
investment arm of the Cherng Family Trust Office ("CFT").
Warren and Carey will focus on expanding CFT's Alternative
Investment platform, primarily making direct and indirect private
equity, private debt and venture capital investments across various
sectors, including hospitality. Together with David Luo, Vice President of Real Estate, who
focuses on CFT's real estate investments, they will also engage in
commercial and mixed-use real estate investments and
developments.

Financial Sponsors and Hedge Funds at UBS Investment Bank; Managing
Director at Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette; and Vice President at
Drexel Burnham Lambert. Warren graduated from the Stanford
Graduate School of Business, and magna cum laude and Phi
Beta Kappa from UCLA. Warren is
an owner of the Nashville Predators, a National Hockey League
franchise. Previously, Carey Do Kim was a Managing Director
at Wells Fargo & Co., responsible for originating and
structuring credit facilities ranging from $25 million to $1 billion+. Carey
graduated cum laude from UC Riverside.
