LOS ANGELES, Sept. 28, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Panda Express ("Panda") co-founders Andrew and Peggy Cherng are pleased to announce that Warren Woo and Carey Do Kim have joined the investment arm of the Cherng Family Trust Office ("CFT").  Warren and Carey will focus on expanding CFT's Alternative Investment platform, primarily making direct and indirect private equity, private debt and venture capital investments across various sectors, including hospitality.  Together with David Luo, Vice President of Real Estate, who focuses on CFT's real estate investments, they will also engage in commercial and mixed-use real estate investments and developments.
