17/9/2010 10:37 | 0.019pence per share. Well done to the board for such a public show of how to well manage assets. | the drewster
15/6/2009 12:51 | Did anyone ever receive any more cash after the assets had been liquidised? or was it all as expected, and the proceeds were all eaten up by salaries and marketing costs? | the drewster
14/1/2009 08:04 | Canisp was sold to Corvus' new operation, but like you say, what for is anyone's guess. | the drewster
13/1/2009 21:40 | announcements in canisp and diamondtech...remain | kooba
05/11/2008 18:07 | that's not a nice way to refer to mr regan...though he has got some nasty habits and has put on some weight!! | bubface
05/11/2008 18:04 | kooba, another regan carve-up me thinks. what a lump of filth. | humbugg
05/11/2008 10:03 | not sure who is picking these rump shares up in the market as i think the game plan is to liquidate the company so any assets can be picked up by regan and co on the cheap.this would leave nothing for other holders.could be by liquidating and buying assets he can get out of lease committments etc.the only reason i can think that anyone wants to buy rump shares is if they are friends of the board who wish to assist in voting through a liquidation and get sorted later! maybe i'm too trusting?? | kooba
04/11/2008 13:27 | Regan what a theif that man is, who is ever going to finance him now, beelzebub himself would be a good match...... | a2584728
04/11/2008 13:14 | drewster, next time you see regan smack him in the chops for me. | humbugg
04/11/2008 09:05 | What about it - they have corporate entertaining, political sponsorship and professional fees to take into account. Suggest nothing else will be seen and have made mental notes of several people I trust too much after this episode. | the drewster
04/11/2008 09:00 | got mine today. thanks. drewster, what about the DTEC stake, and the like? | humbugg
03/11/2008 16:29 | They should have been credited to accounts on Friday. The money was distributed Friday, so given it was via Crest, the nominee holders have presumably got no excuse not to put it into accounts immediately? Unless they have particularly poor software of course, in which case you should consider if they are the right nominee for you. | the drewster
03/11/2008 16:10 | I got mine today | erkman
03/11/2008 16:01 | anyone know when they'll give the dividend to nominee accounts?? tia. | humbugg
31/10/2008 16:43 | I suspect there will be no further distribution, but there should surely be given the SRSP, CMM, current cash etc. assets. | the drewster
31/10/2008 14:05 | Received my dividend - selftrade Are the shares now worthless ? Tradeable ? or worth holding for some future benefit from cmm deal ? | wisingup
31/10/2008 13:54 | Not yet. I rang my broker and they couldn't tell me when today I should expect the dividend. They told me to check with them again this afternoon so I will. | water30
31/10/2008 08:56 | anyone seen this 2p dividend yet? | the drewster
23/10/2008 16:52 | Looks like Game over. Not that suprised this company had never failed to dissapoint over the last 8 years. | amt
15/10/2008 15:00 | I think many of us have been given a very poor steer on this one, but like all, I hold myself fully accountable for the financial decisions I make. Who I may chose to trust int he future has probably changed as a result though. Why the dividend cannot be the whole of the CMM proceeds is scandalous, and the likelihood of further value something approaching zero. Clearly frazzled as I was thinking it was Tuesday and the record date being Friday I thought there was a balls up somewhere. I blame the current turmoil. | the drewster
15/10/2008 12:13 | Good few on here should be hanging their heads in shame! | sheeneqa
15/10/2008 08:44 | You cannot get on the register now. T3 takes you to Monday. | ericeb206
15/10/2008 08:43 | If you buy today, the first day you would be on the register would be 20th October. | double6
15/10/2008 08:39 | The record date is 17th October? If you are on the register on 17th October you will get the 2p special dividend?? What am I missing? | the drewster
15/10/2008 08:36 | Well - now valued at £200k. Remaining Cash + Investments worth £1mln + ?? Presumably with the history, it's not even worth the gamble for when the company goes private ? | double6 |
