11/6/2008 14:13 | !!!! LOL you following me. As you already know everything then what can I add. I also know quite a lot about this co and its directors thanks but no point repeating what others have already posted. Either here or elsewhere. AW | amazon_woman
11/6/2008 12:18 | Exactly it has been overlooked as was GGT now look what has happened. Happy to tuck away a stake until they spring to life. At 1p their/our stake is worth close to £1m. You can buy 100k online at 2.95p at the moment. AW | amazon_woman
11/6/2008 12:14 | yep, it seems that way, although you would'nt be able to tell from the current share price of CVS.. i think with GGT they average around 0.31/0.32p per share.. they hold 83mill (28%).. saffy.. | safman
11/6/2008 12:11 | GGT doing a placing at 1p These guys know what they are doing. AW | amazon_woman
11/6/2008 12:10 | From the GGT RNS. CVS got their shares at .25p now suspended at .6p pending an announcement. In addition and further to the authorities obtained at the Company's recent annual general meeting, the Company has converted a loan facility and additional funding loans of £198,750 provided by Corvus Capital Inc. in 2007/8 in order to meet the day-to-day working capital requirements of the Company. The loan funds have been converted at par of 0.25p per share into ordinary shares of the Company. Corvus Capital Inc. already holds 43,930,196 ordinary shares in the Company representing 22.7 per cent. of the issued share capital in the Company. | amazon_woman
11/6/2008 11:58 | And DTEC rises as well. This is being kept down to let the 'hedgies' in. I'll be joining them. Expect another massive turnover day sometime very soon. | waldof
11/6/2008 11:56 | tempted for a few.. saffy.. | safman
11/6/2008 11:53 | That's me in for 100k at 2.95p get in while they are weak. Excellent noticed their stake in the GGT RNS. Good luck all AW | amazon_woman
11/6/2008 11:47 | good trade it would seem. CVS is at discount, market cap is £8.6m - CMM stake alone worth £9.5m - they have around £7m cash i think and other smaller investments not yet sold DTEC and GGT. CVS could make good money out of an RTO on GGT - owning 30% - oil & gas a hot sector obviously. interesting chaps | rd1881
11/6/2008 11:39 | That makes sense then. CVS stake in GGT goes up by 167%, GGT are in discussions with oil and gas co ( lousy sector ,not,) and CVs now own 30% and they mark CVS down. Bought some. | waldof
10/6/2008 08:07 | Corvus actually hold 76m CMM shares or 21.76% not 60m as previously stated | rd1881
30/5/2008 16:34 | the only worry is that "the acquired" normally gets the share price premium. | humbugg
30/5/2008 15:18 | It was mere speculation a while back, but it does seem to become ever more sensible and seemingly likely. | the drewster
30/5/2008 15:04 | very interesting waldof. looks like "the drewster" could be spot-on. the games afoot. | humbugg
30/5/2008 12:59 | CMM RNS hihly significant for CVS. | waldof
22/5/2008 08:45 | 60m CMM at 14p, divident just banked at a further 1.5p per share on top. CMM set for further gains if the bid rumours are true, or bringing in house if they are not. win win surely? | the drewster
20/5/2008 16:53 | i thought we had a buyer in the background ;-))) | humbugg
20/5/2008 15:29 | Let the games begin... | the drewster
01/5/2008 17:23 | Good for you Drew'.Had a few myself and am perfectly relaxed at the situation. | waldof
01/5/2008 16:40 | Waldof, good to see you young man. I have had a very decent return on oil just lately, got into EEN in a big way and have a float riding for free just now. Very pleased to have hoovered a good few of these at a fraction above 2p as well, seems a very sensible move with hindsight, and looking for several fold increase in the coming weeks. Ascot should be interesting this year. | the drewster
01/5/2008 16:09 | patient boys are we not?? :-))) | humbugg
01/5/2008 14:52 | Serious stake being built by 'major player'and co-conspirator of the main man. Recent evidence seems to support this. | waldof
01/5/2008 10:05 | Still at a discount to the assets I think we know about, plus any inherent value in any unlisted companies. DTEC website still lists CVS holding 17% (though from much higher levels), CMM we know they have 60m, 1.5p divi as of tomorrow plus CMM value at 12p/share. Current assets at year end of 4.2m with less than 1m current liabilities also helps paint a rosier picture than the share price performance might indicate. Agree though, something is stirring. | the drewster |
