0.019pence per share. Well done to the board for such a public show of how to well manage assets.

Did anyone ever receive any more cash after the assets had been liquidised? or was it all as expected, and the proceeds were all eaten up by salaries and marketing costs?

not sure who is picking these rump shares up in the market as i think the game plan is to liquidate the company so any assets can be picked up by regan and co on the cheap.this would leave nothing for other holders.could be by liquidating and buying assets he can get out of lease committments etc.the only reason i can think that anyone wants to buy rump shares is if they are friends of the board who wish to assist in voting through a liquidation and get sorted later! maybe i'm too trusting??

What about it - they have corporate entertaining, political sponsorship and professional fees to take into account. Suggest nothing else will be seen and have made mental notes of several people I trust too much after this episode.

They should have been credited to accounts on Friday. The money was distributed Friday, so given it was via Crest, the nominee holders have presumably got no excuse not to put it into accounts immediately? Unless they have particularly poor software of course, in which case you should consider if they are the right nominee for you.

I suspect there will be no further distribution, but there should surely be given the SRSP, CMM, current cash etc. assets.

Are the shares now worthless ? Tradeable ? or worth holding for some future benefit from cmm deal ?

Not yet. I rang my broker and they couldn't tell me when today I should expect the dividend. They told me to check with them again this afternoon so I will.

I think many of us have been given a very poor steer on this one, but like all, I hold myself fully accountable for the financial decisions I make. Who I may chose to trust int he future has probably changed as a result though.

Why the dividend cannot be the whole of the CMM proceeds is scandalous, and the likelihood of further value something approaching zero.

Clearly frazzled as I was thinking it was Tuesday and the record date being Friday I thought there was a balls up somewhere. I blame the current turmoil.

The record date is 17th October?
If you are on the register on 17th October you will get the 2p special dividend?? What am I missing?

Well - now valued at £200k.

Remaining Cash + Investments worth £1mln + ??

Presumably with the history, it's not even worth the gamble for when the company goes private ?
