They?. As far as I'm aware only one person is travelling, the CEO.

DT - "In VRS case placing are occurring at significant discount to market price"

They can be at a significant discount to the market price what they cannot be is a significant discount to the last placing price.

If the market price shoots up to 10p its ok to place at 7p. If the market price shoots up to 20p its ok to place at 14p. If the market price shoots up to 100p it's ok to place at 70p.

DT - " VRs is all over the place and has yet to find a proven market for its product."

This is why Prompt were brought in. For 10 years they didn't know whether they were coming or going and didn't need to because there was an endless supply of PI money. It's not the case today.

VRS is now concentrating on only three areas:-

1. Construction
2. Leisure
3. The licensing of its IPs.

In VRS case placing are occurring at significant discount to market price so they ARE a problem as it reduces the risk/teturn assumptions that an investor places their decision on.

VRS is not a Unicorn company that can keep tapping the market because it has an
Established business to base placings on. VRs is all over the place and has yet to find a proven market for its product.

I expect Prompt services to be dispensed with once the mature businesses have been sold.

How long before the turnaround specialists have been in a company soooo long that they might as well be considered an employee?

DTaliadoros - "so any new investors would be putting new cash in know it will be sure to be diluted further down the line."

Yes. However dilution is not a problem on a rising share price and this is why people are putting in new money. It is believed (at the moment at least) that the new CEO will raise the share price as commercial traction begins to bite. The company has already stated that it will need to rely on the equity markets until it becomes profitable. This is not an issue on a rising share price. The problem for new shareholders arises if the dilutions are taking place at a lower share price.

The last placing was at 0.125p. The previous placing before that was at 0.08p.

If the next placing is lower than 0.125p then there is no point in investing here.

The company will have to issue positive news to attract new investors at higher prices. If the share price dilutions are on a downward price spiral then investors will eventually call time and the company goes into administration as is happening all over the place.

That the company is invested in graphene means they have a better chance then most but there is a limit to investors patience.

Can’t be 1 as most holders have seen there value in this sack of rubbish reduced to close to zero. Why would they throw more good money after bad? One thing is for sure, the last placing will not be the last if vrs try to struggle on, so any new investors would be putting new cash in know it will be sure to be diluted further down the line.

DT: "How this company is still getting money pumped into it is beyond me." - There are two possible reasons: 1/ People have no choice left to them because selling at £zero or just keep watching and hoping is the same. 2/ There are new naives sucked in with nice stories written by the usual sharks turning around - probably connected to the "you aint seen nothing yet" and company. Everything is done remotely as there is no company left.

Not looked at this disaster of a company for a while so bit behind on the news. I see that NR has shown complete contempt for shareholders by taking VRS to the tribunal. I wonder if he was hoping to keep it all hush hush? If so I am glad that VRS have outed him so people can judge for themselves how much he cares for all the people that had backed VRS.

Hold up your hands if you are a long term investor here that have seen their holding pretty much wiped out.

I suspect it’s most of here. How this company is still getting money pumped into it is beyond me.

By the way, who used to start the first sentence of every RNS by: "I am delighted" ? Apparently he now works for some kind of meter company - to be transformed soon into a killer product company - in Scotland.

This is a good place for Graphene (Cementene) cement.

A LOT will be needed and I am sure benefits on cost, strength,

build speed, lower volume used (If designed right), 3d printing

etc etc could be enormous !

Will the big conglomerates kill these ideas?

Statements like; 'With little room for innovation and variety in cement production'

show many many people still don't know about Graphene cement...

BUT

Note the picture of 3d printed school in Lviv !!

The main work is remote and consists of mainly searching via Amazon for anyone interested in buying bits and pieces such as plugs, cables, a never used desk and chairs etc. The other "work" is traveling to seminars - while it lasts - searching if someone can bite the bait for a few £k, believing the old story on the wonders of graphene revolution (note how the word nanene vanished from their vocabulary). Innovation continues as usual, such as L...BIDTA and turnaround project. Expect new posh terms introduced during the next raise - probably in June as the turning around is cyclical, but never stops.

Is there any evidence that Prompt are still working for VRS? To my eye there is scant evidence they have done anything at all & I do not believe an RNS announcing their departure would be required as it is revenue insignificant.

Can somebody who is on Twitter ask our schoolboy boffin CEO directly if Prompt are still working for VRS & if not, when did they stop?

A reminder for those not aware yet: "Versa" comes from latin "Vice versa" which means "turning around" and "Rien" means nothing = Versarien = Nothing turning around
so far; thus the engineered turnaround story called Versarien.
