fuji - The monies will be used for the development and commercialisation of their graphene products and services. From NR tweets I doubt he would be interested in the mature businesses. I'm inclined to think they will be sold or even given away to those already running the respective companies.

PWhite: "Then there could be money from the potential sale of the mature businesses. The company is awash with cash at the moment." - Any debt to pay per chance ? Then what are they really going to do with all that money apart from enjoying themselves ? Any actual/real detailed explanation of what they call "turnaround project" apart from raisng cash ?

Then there is this: "Then there could be money from the potential sale of the mature businesses" - Can they sell NR per chance ?

"Strong, light and with amazing electronic properties, graphene has always been touted as the “wonder material”. But two decades after it was first isolated, James McKenzie believes the graphene is finally delivering on its promise"

A great find Kemche !
Someone needs to ask NR where is the money taken from VRS gone before he repeats the same procedure - via tweets from golf courses - in Scotland this time with Gas Sensors as the killing product.

How many shares the AGM gives a company the authority to issue is irrelevant. If the AGM gives the company the authority to issue only 50 million shares the company can call a GM anytime during the year to issue more shares which is exactly what VRS did.

Of paramount importance here is the price of any further equity issues. If any are lower than the previous placing price which in this case is 0.125p then I will put my hands up and admit I was wrong and those who were here before me were correct.

There is no point in supporting the company if existing PI shareholders are not beneficiaries of the turnaround strategy.

".... without first offering them to existing shareholders" - Will the zombies start complaining before realizing it's a bait to allow them "averaging down" until the Ponzi is suspended ?

"Allow the allotment of 2,976 million new ordinary shares for cash without first offering them to existing shareholders."

Shares already in Issue = 1.49 Billion + new 2.976 Billion = 4.466 Billion
Market Capitalisation = £1.60 million

Who would even accept to listen to anybody supposedly working there ?
MArket cap 1.6 million is far less than the amount cunning NR took away in his pockets.
Now with dillution we are steadily approaching 0.01p until it becomes less than epsilon isn't it ?
This is definitely the next to go down the drain very soon.

Will zombies finally understand that the "turnaround project" is basically a tricky tool leading to your pockets ?
They do no work at all except raising money - which is their real work.

Will be interesting to see if Ben Harries now also jumps ship to innocrete and VRS is just footing the bill for all the activity. He went back to VRS around the same time all the filing changes happened at innocrete.

My advice is if you own shares here.Get the share certificates printed off and sent to you.Use them as toilet paper.Save money on your andrex bill. Its the ONLY way of getting any return here.

Would that be Ricketts' ex-wife? Or new wife? Started Nov 2023, ceased Feb 2024 by the looks of it.

Strangely Ricketts seemed to like a post of theirs on social media recently.

Scott Williams also appears to be the CEO there. Wasn't he VRS at one point? I wonder if VRS offloaded their equipment to them. According to latest filings he is no longer a person of significant control even though he was listed as having more than 25% share in the company. That was ceased in Feb 2024 (along with other similar filings from other PSCs). Did he sell his share? Same with the other PSCs.

By the looks of it, they are/were working out of VRS's building. VRS slowly shedding all its assets to other entities but the same fingers in the pies.
