0.01p is the next expected move in "growth value". It could then go to 0.00001 etc. etc. with the whole process accurately synchronised on the turnaround project. This beast grows upside down. Those who knew - as cunning NR did - sold at the top despite having the most lethal "killer product" - called "nanene".

One day the share price will be so tiny that any buyer would take the company over without even realising. For example imagine the market cap reaches £1000 (as everything is upside down) and you buy say a few billion costing £999 (assuming NR sells his "stake"). You leave £1 for PWhite or 500 million shares, of course, and both become the new owners.

Then for the first time in history, a salary will be 100 times higher than a market cap.

Guinness book will be required to record this fantastic event.

Sorry don't understand this line;

'The nominal value was 0.10p it is now 0.01p.'

The graph on here shows the price NOW is about 0.11' (pence ?)

Were does the 0.01p come from ?(factor of 10 different)

Is he still taking VRS to court about his "compensation" ?

Between April 2019 and January 2021, NR sold VRS shares: (307,970 + £307,970 + 1,650,000) = 2,265,940 - He can easily take over the whole of VRS and pocket apparently the "IP dividends". I wonder why he suddenly vanished.

Imagine you can buy one million shares for £1100. By July - if not buried yet - any lunatic zombie can still buy 1 billion for a few quid. The best way to "average down".

I understand that what is called "restructuring" is overlapping with "the turnaround story" - which will certainly become a true love story. I cannot see "any capital base" though. The actual real capital has been used in golf courses and tweeting. What is left now ? Zombies searching for stories about graphene. By the way everybody seems to have forgotten about the wonders of "nanene". I wonder why ?

The shares were restructured on 30/10/2023. The nominal value was 0.10p it is now 0.01p. The share price would have to fall another 90% from here for a requirement to restructure the capital base again.

I wonder what Dr Zhivago has achieved regarding the "turnaround project" ? The next news, part of the turnaround story of course - will be about dividing the poor share by 1000 until it becomes less than sub-epsilon. Any zombie can buy billions of this dead dog, as long as he pays. So in the fruit and vegetable market we will soon be hearing: "A billion shares for £10 please".

fuji99 - "So they want more by the end of July 2024 !"

You misunderstand that comment.

RNS 11/03/24 - "Under the Agreement MCK Tech is paying £604,000 for the Korean Plant, which comprises the assets of the CVD (Chemical Vapour Deposition) graphene business carried out by Versarien's subsidiary, Versarien Korea Limited, and owned by the Company. £60,400 has been paid and the remaining £543,600 will be paid in full by 31 July 2024 through the following instalments: £120,800 60 days from the date of the Agreement; £120,800 120 days from the date of the Agreement; and £302,000 payable on 31 July 2024"
