Minco? Minco?. Ah now I remember.I'm sure I have some of these. Is there still a bit of life in them. Anybody checked it's pulse lately. Buchans shareholders are getting Canterra shares today. Any idea when Buchans will be listed.

Royalties Inc Annual Report summary... Just need to win the Court case with Cozamin & Silver to rise for a big Bilboa sale distribution!https://www.newsfilecorp.com/release/207240/Royalties-Inc.-Reports-2023-Yearend-ResultsPeople forget Bilboa has a lot of money spent on it -is proven & is open to expansion with more drilling. My current Brokers don't trade this, maybe for my well being but it's the kind of thing I'd like to nibble on now and then & put in the drawer. But then you've seen my record! (I am sitting on a good few RI's already)

No problem, key bit:

Buchans believes the property hosts mineralization analogous to the former Homestake mine in South Dakota (which produced more than 40 million ounces of gold and 9 million ounces of silver from ~150 million tonnes of ore averaging ~8.4 g/t Au).
Buchans is currently evaluating a plan to increase exploration activities on the property which could commence later this year.

The Tasiuyak project sounds particularly interesting, well worth a read on the Buchans website.

Will also be interesting to see how they get on with the remaining Buchans assets with some exploration/drilling cash available now.

I first met John over thirty years ago in Dublin when he was over from Canada as Northgate’s representative. Thanks John for all your efforts on our behalf. I wish you well

Agree John and the team have done an excellent job.

The likely distribution is outlined in the AGM pack, stated as being between 1.5 and 2 Canterra shares per Buchans shares I believe. Plus 0.5 royalty inc shares per Buchans shares.

If royalty can sell their silver assets and reinvest that could even have some value in the long term.

Well done 👍👍 to John Kearney. He's still beavering away. He got twenty million out of Pallas Green in County Limerick and that's still not producing. Another fistful of $ out of Dalradian and they are still waiting for planning permission. There's still a bit in CDMN and some more to come out of Buchans with the Canterra CVE:CTM deal. Any guesses what that could be worth. Say 100,000 Buchans with Canterra making 10cents a share. They were at 11 last Friday. Once again, Well done,John Kearney

The canterra stock is going to be worth a reasonable amount, plus dont forget the original cash from the Dalradian NSR already received.

Canadian Manganese are being cagey with information...

Their Annual report is on the Website under Financial reports since March 27th.

They have set out plans for 2024 subject to financing.

Remarkably they have not revealed the drill results carried out in Spring 2023 on the North Hartford property!

There is little doubting its a massive resource but the development of this is in the hands of Governments policy, subsidies and Battery Companies.

For my longstanding Minco investment I reckon I would need $1 a share here (the "strongest company" + lesser amounts on Buchans, Minco etc) to make a nice profit. Can't see that anytime soon.
Management have options at 18c in 2025 & 25c in 2026.

With CTM.V, CDMN.NE, RI.CN and Buchans potential listing to come at some stage also, there has been good progress here, but what about Ireland/Minco, do we think a Dublin listing will ever be possible? Zinc prices are doing well now.

Cheers - reading the circular:

Based on the foregoing and the recent range of share prices of Canterra and Royalties, the Company currently expects that holders of Buchans Shares as of the close of business on the record date (the “Distribution Record Date”) for holders of Buchans Shares will be entitled to a distribution of Distributed Shares (the “Distribution”) comprising between 1.5 and 2.0 Canterra Shares and 0.5 Royalties Shares per Buchans Share.

Royalties Inc $C0.035 (listed on website not sure what real price is with low volumes) I'm assuming no value after broker fees
Canterra $C0.08

so about C12-16 cents + remaining Buchans shares

It always amazes me how no insider or relation of an insider didn't buy up shares in this recently given the scale of the deposits here and the tiny Mkt cap ! Up until last week there was no volume traded, that Debenture deal probably put off serious investors. It'll be good to get updates now on the work they have carried out in the last year.

Thanks
c$7-8m will be useful to progress work.

Interesting "unlimited" buy-back option on the royalty but with escalating 10% 2 yearly fee to maintain this. Should give time for studies and see what the royalty value is so better than no buy-back option. When signed/uploaded will be well worth a read.

Good to be getting rid of the Debentures - which will be costing us approx 28% for less than a year - $% discount, 14% annual interest, 10% early 1st year repayment fee
