It looks like $10m raise - $5m flow through and $5m a convertable. I've not calculated the prices once interest taken into account but they appear broadly similar.

Ya, The Company have done a great job in concealing their holding and playing down interest in Laguna. They are surely hoping that some of the troublemakers in the Ejidos will have disappeared in the last 17 years and that a younger crowd will be happier to do a deal now. Given the prospects for Silver this would be a huge money spinner for a modest investment. Notwithstanding it being a cesspit and now sewerage pit. There's surely a royalty deal to be done with a Mexican miner on this if the locals can be won over. Their licence is still good till year end.Fiachra will remember Matthew Dorman CEO who fell on his Sword after the screwup.

I guess they plan to sell the mining assets, we should be focused on getting our own mining assets into production so maybe there is an exit from Royalties inc for Buchans at some stage also.

There are a few news releases on Sedar for Royalties inc. Haven't read full detail yet. You can even subscribe for shares till month end.I'm happy to see Laguna is still being held by the Company along with the other properties.

I managed to transfer mine direct from Computershare (The custodian of the shares) in Canada to my Davy account here in Dublin.

Ref Canadian Manganese, according to my broker there is no way for me to convert the share certificates to electronic shares as confirmed by the company therefore you are
currently unable to sell your shares.

Good job I’m in no hurry to sell them.

I listened to the interview someone posted here recently with the CEO, hence why I think holding for another 18 months should see progress with permits etc and an uplift in value.

Cmc is currently 12c (euro) on the German exchange. The ticker is 4v9. You can find it on yahoo finance, I still have the paper cert I haven't transferred it yet. I'm with HL and not sure if they will oversee the transfer, I must look into it soon.
