Buchans Resources web site is down. Seems a new web site is coming along. I'm not holding my breath but here's hoping it contains news on a listing. Gla.

This seems to be new (18 April 2022) on the Buchans web site -

'Buchans Reports 2021 Year End Results ● Collaboration with Boliden Continues.'

Still awaiting news on any collaboration/ option agreement beyond end of April 2022. Gla.

31Mar was irrelevant when Boliden agreed to pay costs to 30 Apr, even if a deal isn't signed around this time I wouldn't be too concerned there is clearly alignment of thoughts. Boliden results, AGM and investors presentations are on 28/29 April - this could align with news but may not.

Thanks tuckshop76. Let's hope the talks are still progressing in a way that benefits Buchans' shareholders. I take no news as good news at this stage. I await news in due course and as always, good luck all.

"The evaluation period was originally for the year 2021 but has been extended by subsequent amendments (December 21, 2021 and March 21, 2022) as additional time is required to finalize the terms of the agreements and to complete due diligence investigations. In the amendments to the Collaboration Agreement Boliden and Buchans confirmed their intention to enter into an Earn in and Option Agreement under which Boliden will be granted an option to earn an interest in the Project."

The extract below is from the results shown on SEDAR to end December 2021. I cannot find any agreement to extend beyond the end of April 2022 or any new Option Agreement which I would have thought warranted a separate news release. What am I missing here?? Gla

Extract: 'The Technical Committee has established a 2022 Budget and Funding Schedule of $2,000,000 for the Buchans Project and Boliden has paid Buchans $320,000 to cover anticipated project expenditures under the approved 2022 Budget and Funding Schedule to the end of April 2022. Amounts paid by Boliden will be credited for the purposes of earning an interest in the Project if the Option Agreement is signed. Boliden’s agreement to the 2022 Budget and Funding Schedule does not commit Boliden to fund the remainder of the 2022 Budget if the Option Agreement is not signed.'

I see one trade today was for 175,000 shares at 35 cent. Was that you Elon ? Well, I'm not selling mine for anything less than a Dollar. Anybody hear anything about the Buchans meeting ?

I think buchans is going to list at 20 cent. It should easily climb to 30+.

Canadian Manganese is at similar stage of exploration as EMH which is Australia listed.

Im prepared to hold a while yet regardless. From memory I think only the Plymouth deposit has been explored. The Hartford North and Hartford south deposits have yet to be drilled extensively.

Looks like the Frankfurt listing is not yet on the XETRA trading system. Therefore, will still be quite hard to get a broker to accept it, according to IWEB.

62 million shares in buchans. If it lists at 20 cent it will have a market capitalisation of about 8 million stg which is very cheap. Karney and other directors are all pension age so I think this is their pension fund.

Closed in Frankfurt @ E 0.2505 which is (1.3724) Can$0.3438. NEO closed @ Can$0.345. Not too many shares out so that should move things along nicely.

The stutgart listing has taken a 25% rise, so probably close enough now.
