Ardtole. can’t lay my hands on the contract note at the moment. It was soon enough after they floated. As far as I remember a Vancouver agent of the broker took a percentage cut for his services

Has anyone here, tried and succeeded in selling any Canadian Manganese Stock? If so was it through a UK broker? Or are we all waiting it out for now?

I’m happy to wait for another year as there is a lot going on in the battery metals sector at the moment, but interested to know how easy it is too sell if anyone has.

I have received an e mail with a pdf for the Buchans Resources Q3 2022 Results. I guess they will be available on their web site soon. Most important for me was any comment on a listing. There was none. Maybe my grandchildren will benefit from these one day.... Gla.

The Company is currently incorporating the infill drilling results into an updated mineral resource estimate and anticipates the positive impacts will highlight the outstanding fundamentals of the Plymouth deposit.In July 2022, the Company conducted an initial diamond drilling program on the adjacent North Hartford deposit, specifically to test the historical geological assumptions made regarding this deposit. The results of this drilling program are currently pending.Throughout the summer of 2022 the Company completed feasibility level baseline environmental work on site at the Plymouth deposit. Such baseline work will be a component of an Environmental Impact Statement anticipated to be submitted in 2023.Only $1.9 mil cash left.

CDMN now (from this afternoon) have a value 20c (Canadian) with Interactive Investor in my portfolio, both trading and isa. Cannot trade them but wonder if something is afoot. Live price on NEO is 17c so apparently not connected today.

Xtierra - just catching up on news from 30September from Sedar. Related part transaction that gives Xtierra cashflow in return for shares. Looks sensible to reduce the reliance on Buchans.

Interesting detail on the earn-in terms. Clearly the more interesting development none sagreement would have been intriging. I expect Boliden would have wanted the concentrate for their smelter so this might have limited Buchans potential for offtake financing separately ... my assumption anyway.

Shame hasn't gone ahead question will be can Buchans line up another potential partner or raise funds (seems less likely at the scale that might have been on offer).

Or means an offer will be made for the whole Buchans Zinc project before first refusal expiry in March 2023 and we get a complete exit, then return proceeds to Shareholders.

Then list the remaining Buchans owned assets as something like “Minco Gold and Battery Metals” in Canada.

Thanks Bodgit. I always thought that those prospects were a bit of Zinc here and a bit of Zinc there. It'll be exploited sometime but no time soon. Well it's all down to Canadian manganese now for us to get our money back in the nearer time.
