I am not sure Apikur will be invited nor that it should. Their contract is with the KRG and their viewpoints have been made clear countless times. They have also mentioned, as has GKP, that they work with the government at multiple leveis. Hence the invitation to the talks is not that material.

I understand that most of the complexity of getting the deal done arises from local politics that does not understand the negative sum game of their petty positions. But eventually, money, and reality, talk.

I’d be surprised if this gets resolved very quickly but it’ll be done.

Worldquant a sale next week wouldn't even be £2! Be careful what you wish for.
A sale price of £5 would gkp producing 80kbopd and 1b in P2 reserves and that is a few years away.
So talk of sky sale prices is being delusional.
It's £2 max as we stand not a penny more and 99% of the posters here know that. So stop repeating the same rubbish 50 times a day please 🙏
