Exactly h7. many do not understand what is going on. The ICG have been setting them up. When the truth comes out the KRG will be declared corrupt and unfit for purpose the ICG will take over all oil deals and go through SOMO. Of course I know ICG are no better but they do not have to answer to Kurds when declaring their own budget percentage. Look at the persistent rhetoric.
Then they can explain to sleepy Joe's crowd why Kurds must be sidelined and all contracts brought inline.

ICG have been trying to get this for years but KRG will not provide names. Many claimed for will be non existing or dead.

Erbil-based opposition leader Ali Hama Saleh stated: "In 2024, the daily oil production (that has been sold on the black market or exported) is 312 thousand barrels, but there is zero revenue from it in the public treasury. According to your own report (referring to the KRG), the internal revenue is 350 billion dinars monthly, which amounts to 1 trillion and 400 billion dinars for the first four months, and it hasn't been transferred to Baghdad. Where is all this revenue?"
