Good morning gullible suckers how is the fantasy factory doing today?

Looks very quiet here today apart from Carroll the CON pumping out her total rubbish as always.

More meets arranged I note. However, from all the feed back and various articles written it appears that no one is achieving anything.

The share price under the circumstances is way too high imo bearing in mind the company is in survival mode. Also I appreciate you suckers are desperate and have to be positive but there is a question mark against how much of the sludge will be in the mix through the "alternative" pipe. Do check out the various API's of the Kurdish Producers and the sludge in comparison is way lower than its peers.

Just saying like.

Ghani explained that two joint Baghdad-Erbil committees have been formed to resolve the contract situation between Erbil and the international oil companies (IOCs) as they are production-sharing contracts - agreements he said are incompatible with the Iraqi constitution. The committees will meet next week to work towards resuming the flow of oil.https://twitter.com/RudawEnglish/status/1786005220847182031?t=S39ilGGfM9NQscV_T1MZEg&s=19

PM Al-Sudani and Romanowski discuss Iraq-US relations transition

Shafaq News/ On Thursday, Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia Al-Sudani met with the US Ambassador to Iraq, Alina L. Romanowski.
According to Al-Sudani's media office, during the meeting, both sides "reviewed and discussed bilateral relations in various fields, including the understandings and memoranda of understanding related to energy, trade, and others resulting from the Prime Minister's visit to the United States."
The meeting also addressed the "foundations for transitioning bilateral relations between the two countries to encompass multiple areas and the follow-up on the work of the Special Coordination Committee to activate the Strategic Framework Agreement, which includes broad milestones for cooperation in the interest of both the Iraqi and American peoples."
Al-Sudani conducted an official visit to the United States last month, lasting six days.
During the visit, he met with President Joe Biden, Secretary of State Antony Blinken, Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, and American companies specializing in energy.

Well if they want "Co Operation" and US Investment then they had better stop the economic war against the Kurds and get that pipeline open. ASAP

Baghdad Is Ready for a New Chapter in U.S.-Iraq Relations

Thursday, April 25, 2024

Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani met last week with U.S. President Joe Biden at the White House as part of a weeklong visit aimed at strengthening bilateral relations. The visit occurred amid several historic anniversaries and dangerous developments in the Middle East. April marks the 21st anniversary of the toppling of Saddam Hussein. Since 2003, the U.S.-Iraq relationship has witnessed many ups and downs. Even as tensions persist, particularly in relation to the U.S. troop presence in the country, al-Sudani’s visit — which featured the largest delegation Iraqis have brought to Washington — demonstrates Iraqi will to start a new chapter in the strategic partnership that goes beyond security.

Expectations for al-Sudani’s visit were tempered even before he arrived in Washington given the impact of the Gaza war and Iraqi armed groups’ attacks on U.S. troops in Iraq, Syria and Jordan, one of which killed three U.S. service members and triggered a U.S. retaliatory response that killed leaders of these armed groups.

Still, al-Sudani came to Washington with cabinet members, senior advisors, members of parliament, businessmen and media analysts. He traveled to Texas and Michigan to meet with U.S. companies and the Iraqi diaspora, encouraging their participation in building Iraq and advancing relations with the United States. During the visit, the U.S. and Iraq convened the Higher Coordinating Committee of the 2008 Strategic Framework Agreement, a key framework for the bilateral relationship.

The symbolism of this visit — from the timing to the itinerary to the size of the delegation — demonstrates Baghdad’s desire to bring more focus on economic, educational and people-to-people domains. During al-Sudani’s visit, U.S. officials reaffirmed their commitment to a 360-degree, comprehensive relationship.

No cross dresser my average was always well below £1. My first purchase was just under 70p and I did most of my buying under £1.

I know that really upsets you gullible suckers as does the fact that I sold thousands of shares in the £2's and £3's but that's the way it was.

In the months prior to the wipeout that you morons wouldn't believe was going to occur I was trading the share and making money.

Doesn't look like Baghdad are in any hurry to solve anything as I've always said. But with every passing day the hosts slide ever deeper into debt, Baghdad continue to tighten the noose and the pipe coming up from Kirkuk with the top quality oil is a day closer to being operational.

Btw, no one is interested and the company isn't sold as if it were the company would be in serious trouble with the authorities. Something that Carroll the CON just doesn't get.

Funny how Lardner23 knew about the implications of the BER. If anyone chose to hold bonds they could be described as under the radar too, if they were working towards a D4E. And if Lardner23 was the wife of Asher then there's room for a smile.

Worth noting that if the placement goes ahead, Kuok Group will fall below the 3% radar and therefore any trades they make can't be tracked so easily. Asher is already well under the radar.

M&G Capital had a lot of shares here they needed a quick sale didn't get it and left . Sothic were a short's only Hedge Co then went and got unsecured GKP bonds raising the cash for Sh7 the bonds converted to secured bonds when the clause about BER punt option % defaulted ,probably written in by Sam Z . The GKP story is a box of snakes . Time it was tidied up .

Another month for a resolution by the looks of it. Resumption from June is fine in the bigger picture. The transition from local sales to ITP will also take a month from what I recall from previous discussions.

Fingers cross that things are moving in the right direction going into the bank holiday weekend The Iraqi Oil Ministry will meet with two committees early next week to re-export Kurdistan oil and adjust contracts. There are also representatives of the Kurdistan Region in the committees.Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Oil Minister Hayan Abdul Ghani spoke to the media after being hosted by the Iraqi Parliament's Oil and Gas Committee on the attack on the Kormor field, oil exports and contracts with the Kurdistan Region."You know that there has been no agreement with the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) on the transfer of oil produced in the Kurdistan Region to the Federal Oil Ministry."The amount is that the oil companies operating in the Kurdistan Region produce 375,000 barrels of oil per day, 46,000 barrels of which go to operate some refineries, and the remaining 329,000 barrels should be given to the Iraqi Oil Marketing Company," he said. SOMO, which is the company authorized to market Iraqi oil, has an agreement with the Kurdistan Regional Government to hand over this amount of oil.""There are some disagreements about the contracts signed with the foreign companies, which need to be reviewed and adapted to the Iraqi constitution, because most of them are joint contracts and we do not approve of such contracts.https://www.rudaw.net/sorani/business/020520244

confused_gerbil:

my interpretation:-
-there will be a meeting
-money will be discussed
-use of second pipeline will be discussed to avoid paying Rosneft
-they will have a cup of tea and a biscuit

what will happen, probably nothing - hopefully another meeting which might bring all parties closer together...

we can always hope for that christmas present we are hoping for and why we are here

these people know how to talk, but they sure as hell hell don't seem to realise that to hash out a deal everyone needs to come to a compromise and walk out feeling they have gained something...

as for talking share buybacks or dividends, i agree with bigdog, it would be suicide to do something like that atm, they need sales and a fighting fund to keep them in the game....
