Trust Pilot….. no road markings ?

‘ Well over a year and still no proper road on our street or ETA for when it will be done
When we purchased the house we were really pleased but after well over a year there is still no timings for when the street road will be done even though roads in adjacent streets have been completed. After multiple requests we are still being told there is no timing for when it will be done. To make matters worse as there are no road markings so both myself and neighbours have nearly had accidents on many occasions as vehicles don't stop at side road and just pull out and the pavements are also not complete and dangerously uneven meaning there have been a number of serious falls and injuries. We have asked multiple times for temporary markings to be put down and rectification of trip hazards but still nothing has been done. Really disappointed as are our neighbours.

Would give 0 stars if I could. The worst builders on the planet and its directors are the greediest. I don't know how this company is still going. They should be forced to cease building any more shoddy homes and prosecuted for the sh ite they have already cobbled together.

Cupra/Becky,

TLY up 20% following their fy TU, which shows improving performance and £106m revenues.
Mcap £12m

No wonder you're quiet on them.

The housing market/HB newsflow has been as predicted. Your hindsight opinions are laughable.

Sikhthetech,

You are clueless and have absolutely no idea of how the property market works.

Now, when is your each and every year's (for the last 6 years) house price crash gonna happen?
Lol, just lol!

You are not credible.

"Just to add that I’ve made 4 site visits today across 3 different house builders"
"All were very buoyant on the future and have seen a steady tick up"

So you visited 4 sites pre-lunch, as you've been posting this pm.

Site managers will always tell you that the future is buoyant.
After all did those site managers tell you over the past 2 years that housing market looks uncertain and building has slowed?

Just to add that I've made 4 site visits today across 3 different house builders (1 Persimmon). All were very buoyant on the future and have seen a steady tick up in sales in recent months. Hopefully PSN will be back towards 2000p within a year. GLA

The problem is higher mortgage costs, especially for those thousands coming off fixed 2-5year mortgages and were paying significantly lower rates.

They will filter through slowly. The number of homeowners with severe mortgage debt has also increased, as expected.

The govn has huge debt, as do businesses and individuals.

I think we'll continue to see housing market uncertainty.

Halifax: UK house prices ‘plateauing’ due to rising mortgage rates

The annual spring bounce in UK house prices did not occur in April, according to Halifax. It blamed the Bank of England’s interest rate freeze for the inflation stagnation.

Cupra,

"The share price is still very very cheap Added"

You were saying they were cheap and adding when the share price was over 2000p 2 years ago!!! Whilst I was posting about the housing market/HB challenges. My stated PSN target price of 1300p-1500p.

The company/sector newsflow has been as expected

Those who shorted and then traded would have done better than those who simply added all the way down.

They share price is still very very cheap in my opinion but at circa 1000p they were an absolute steal. Well done to those that took advantage with lots more to come over the next 12-36 months.

by Property118.com News Team

Property firm Savills has revised its five-year UK house price forecast, predicting a 2.5% increase this year, up from the -3% predicted in November 2023.

The firm says that by the end of 2028, house prices are expected to have grown by 21.6%, exceeding the previous forecast of 17.9%.

Only 21% by YE 28!

But, where is the crash, lol, just lol!

For those who don't understand the fallout from GFC.

The govn hasn't got money to offer potential homebuyers big schemes like Help to Buy.

Huge debt held by govns.

30th April 2024

"Taxpayer to fork out £85bn to cover Bank of England losses
Taxpayers will cover £85bn of losses made by the Bank of England on its quantitative easing programme which began during the global financial crisis.

Losses are mounting from the £895bn bond-buying scheme carried out between 2009 and 2021, which was designed to support the economy from the worldwide economic malaise triggered by the Lehman Brothers collapse and then the pandemic.

The programme had reduced the Treasury’s budget deficit until 2022 but higher interest rates have reversed that effect.

The Bank of England is in the process of getting the bonds off its books but £704bn of gilts remain.

Quantitative easing will lose about £20bn a year until the early 2030s, according to the latest estimates by the Bank of England, which is equivalent to a third of the defence budget."

Sikhthetech,

At least 30% pay cash for their properties in the UK and those remaining have less than a 95% LTV ratio.
As your always banging on about an affordability crisis, lol!
Please provide a breakdown of the figures because you seem to imply that you know every individual's debt value, lol!

WHO investigating corrupt Jewish/Masonic asset thieves, Roger Barby, Peter Redmond, Melissa Sturgess, John Gunn, Vyachslav Medvedev, Ann Greenberg, Colin Weinberg, Michael Langoulant, Jeremy Sturgess-Smith, Leon Steinepreiss

AND the current politicians and fellow tax avoiders they have worked with (yes Roger), helped, given advice, benefited from , protected, halted investigations into, socialised with, immorally and illegally funnelled tax payer money to, made tax revenue public exchequer payments to , convened for the purpose of deciding on political candidates 'suitably vetted' to insure the continuance of this corruption, the hiding of their activities from the public and the weakening of Police and Tax Authority powers of investigation such that they are politically pushed to focus on petty evasion/avoidance* AND not the rotten Jewish/Masonic core (hopeless business people pushing gambling/poor habits/ low self esteem), And diverting all tax payer money away from energy projects critical to social integration, social mobility, food production, and defence

Cameron, Osborne - tax avoider linked
Blair -------------------- ditto or worse

Arise sir Tony, for services against the UK you are raised to the ancient Order of the NON-STARTER

*and politicians have power to stop entirely reasonable investigations into their friends (like Roger Barby)

AND NO INVESTIGATIONS HAVE TAKEN PLACE INTO the amazing rescue of property assets by the tax payer and the non-payment back by the influential section of property owners that are tax avoiders...... Incredible, Unfair, Against Adam Smith tax principles (or any one else)

And no investigations into entirely corrupt bonuses paid to themselves following the rescue of their business (property prices of course a critical part) BY the UK tax Payer, by JF and DJ at this company (and other property sector incl Travis Perkins etc)

By robbery these people can afford higher prices BUT the people who were screwed paying the austerity taxes can not, and the whole thing is made much worse because these lunatic Jewish/Masonic mobsters cannot build anything for cheap clean energy, public health, incorruptable education , free speech or fair INVESTIGATIONS

They cannot even produce a body to research and prosecute fraud in small cap emerging business stock exchanges where robbery of share holder assets is becoming the norm .They are too stupid to investigate that , see Octagonal, Uranium Resources (now URAH, but URA chat exists at URA Amex) (Octagonal chat exists at Octavia Minerals!)
Apparently as more evidence of shutting down free speech advfn search box does not legally have to connect to previous forums when a company changes its name deliberately after an asset theft from shareholders by directors so therefore corrupt directors think they can move on and do same again
I don't believe Masonic/Jewish inner circle are in any way unaware of this , and in fact they have been lobbied (paid if you like) to ignore it

NB advfn a lot better at allowing free speech than lse
