Not the volume I was expecting this morning actually rubbish volume with a few PIs calling it a day and the few nibbling.

Buying back the shares into treasury to meet future option exercises reduces dilution and is very good governance and stewardship of our capital. I have no idea as to Mr Rawson's financial position, but I do know that: share options are part of how he is paid; he is a naturally cautious man; and you can't live comfortably in a share option contract!

It's the TU that key. Are we thriving or stalling ? If thriving yet again WTF is this share price all about as just stupidly cheap if stalling fair enough priced about right IMHO.So far all we know is the first 3 months off to a flyer in black and white not made up or guess work plain facts in the Year end report.So place you bets £15 or £20+ in the next few weeks/ months

Yep, people cling on desperately to any perceived negative, all the while ignoring clear facts that are positive. Human nature I guess.
For me it's 37p dividend next month and a visit to the travel agent website afterwards!

SparkyIt's not the issue or buying back of shares that should be worrying you chap, it's directors offloading in bulk.Splashing out £4m so they can hand out more freebies to the BoD does though show their intent in lining their pockets. There's already way too many share options issued IMO.

Well as expect a few panicked sellers this morning, the question is at what price does the share price become insanely cheap ? Especially if 2024 is trading strongly 2023 PE of 9,8,7 ? Also when cash is forecast the be around £115m year end which is 40% of current MC It just reaches a point of utter madness

That’s some share sale by the CFO, 68% of his holdings dumped.
All these significant sells by directors before the next trading update whenever that may be!.
Their timing and the amount they are offloading doesn’t give a particularly positive signal at all IMO.
Edit: apologies Rawson has off loaded 55% of his share holding not 68%. The latter was based on the total sale including the person closely related.

Not quite all the shares which have been sold, but almost so that they cover the next round of options and all held in treasury.

Agreed SOS I am not in the slightest concerned one bit it's 2025 I am looking forward to and I want to see progress towards 100,000 clients in 2024.Some update on this would be most welcome in the next few days or weeks as already not far away from Q2 over and a move into Q3

So re reading the RNS YU have actually bought back the shares sold and hold in treasury so actually no affect on day to day trading ? Is that right ? Brain not functioning this morning

1.8 Mill sell and suspect CGT will be huge, but then again he probably has a home on the Isle of man or the Virgin Islands. Either way the company has bought them for future use rather then what happened last time he did it and suppressed the share price for some time

When he sold at 1.95 ,I sold my daughters holding,as I lost confidence .she sold at a loss.
She bought them back at £6.00 ,or rather ,I did ,in her account.
She has held ever since.

I’m not sure why the guy sells it must be tax reasons.or his own finances.

Yes I know, but he’s definitely got a lack of confidence this guy… there’s no way he’d sell that amount …. He’s only left with 94,000 shares plus other options and he’s CFO with all this growth in front of his own eyes, don’t forget this guy knows a lot more than us.
