30/4/2020 10:21 | This tweet really sums up why InterHigh is great: | netcurtains
29/4/2020 23:00 | That appears to be the one, recently teamed up with Lenovo. | ![]() bigboyblue
29/4/2020 20:46 | bigboyblue: I found an interesting Tweet from Chris Akers (one of those big US/UK investors) . It was about K12 #DEV etc. It might or might not be the DEV you mean but for our purposes it explains what is what in this new world: | netcurtains
29/4/2020 19:28 | Bought more today. Despite being overweight. Wey was already getting itself into shape before this whole coronavirus came along. Almost 60% gross margin business so extra volume materially boosts the bottom line. | ![]() bdh1
29/4/2020 18:37 | A better comparison might be with DEV. Not exactly online learning but they sell software for online use by schools and colleges (career planning etc). Up from 3.1p on 3rd April to 6.25p today. | ![]() bigboyblue
29/4/2020 16:30 | packie: Malvern are (generally speaking) an ON SITE learning company which of course is going to go down during lockdown (duh!!!) I do hope your research is a bit better than pin sticking... LOL (no offence, but that was such a rockie error, you must expect your leg to be pulled for that. Look at line one of its website: | netcurtains

29/4/2020 13:44 | MMs dropping the price to trigger sells. IMHO. | ![]() mfhmfh
29/4/2020 12:15 | cheakyMonkey: No people are actually profit taking. I suspect they will be back in later. Its pretty clear WEY are doing very well and will do well for at least the next couple of years... | netcurtains
29/4/2020 12:11 | Is this a tree shake before results? | ![]() cheaky monkey
29/4/2020 09:30 | I remember in the olden days people used to do something called a T+10 where they would BUY the share 10 days before results and sell on the news without having to pay for the stock. I guess with ISA money this no longer applies. Times have changed a lot in 20 years. Remember InterHigh is not education for LOCKDOWN - its education that SETS YOU FREE. InterHigh allows you to get Education anywhere you want and to get the subjects you want. You are not a number, you are a free individual. Its not about social distancing or working from home etc etc - its about being A FREE INDIVIDUAL... | netcurtains
28/4/2020 19:07 | We definitely need a new 'Broker Note' from W H Ireland as the header of this thread is clearly out of date. The previous broker forecasts are pre the "ahead of expectations" note issued by WEY and pre GLOBAL coronavirus. I hope W H Ireland have done a new forecast - all ready and waiting for when results come out... | netcurtains
28/4/2020 10:08 | More good news. Quite material number of “investment | ![]() bdh1
28/4/2020 09:19 | Expansion continues apace. Latest job adverts are for 'dynamics developers'. Technical stuff is beyond me but it's all about this: 'Wey Education plc require Dynamics Developers to customise our existing MIS platforms and to implement dynamics across the business. As part of the project team you will be required to review our systems from end to end and to implement system changes to ensure the business achieves its IT strategy. As a Dynamics Developer you will play a key role in continuing to develop and deliver our IT roadmap as part of the accelerated growth for Wey Education plc.' | ![]() bigboyblue
27/4/2020 10:57 | SEABORNLEGEND: May I remind you of our little conversation: I SAID: K12 (home school) up 20% in USA yesterday. Market Cap currently: 850 million dollars. YOU RESPONDED seabornlegend13 Mar '20 - 10:52 - 2416 of 2593 But it's not doing much for the share price? ANSWER: Since you asked that question LRN (in USA) has gone from $17 to $24. WEY of course continues to follow suit | netcurtains
27/4/2020 10:10 | Disappointed with this one given the potential with schools off. No RNS and no real trading in the shares. IMHO. | seabornlegend
27/4/2020 09:51 | bigboyblue: the figures (I guess) should however include the work they did in Wuhan - so that will be interesting .... I suspect savvy internet gurus probably could find out how WEYs chinese partner company is doing (share price, turnover etc etc) by doing some canny internet searches. | netcurtains
27/4/2020 09:29 | Interims should be on 11th May, that was the provisional date given in last year's finals. At this stage last year the 6 month's turnover was £2.7m, somewhat under half of the full year figure of £6m. The February update suggested £7.5m+ so on that basis we might expect around £3.5m turnover for the 6 months to 28th Feb. The interesting bit will be the outlook for the rest of the year. I'm expecting a significant upward revision to that £7.5m in the light of the last couple of months. However we shouldn't expect a comparable increase in profits just yet. The costs associated with recruitment, training and support of new staff will be high during the second 6 months. | ![]() bigboyblue
25/4/2020 11:38 | Interesting tweet from WEY Education: Which includes this article on academy21: | netcurtains
25/4/2020 08:56 | Thanks for that Rampmeister.. On my watch list this automated software has: 100% SELL on SLA 88% SELL on LGEN 88% SELL on TRD 8% SELL on HEMO 40% BUY on G4M 100% BUY on WEY | netcurtains
24/4/2020 23:58 | Bartchart says buy across al 13 indicators. Quite rare to see one of my stocks scoring 100% Buy rating. hxxps://www.barchart RM | ![]() rampmeister

24/4/2020 10:42 | I feel a pending breakout is in the wind!? | 5oletrader
24/4/2020 08:57 | TFC: For various reasons I think we can safely say WEY should have a good 2020 and a good 2021 - there are not many shares where investors can feel relatively confident in thinking that 'way'. | netcurtains |
