:)

No point reminiscing mate. These Aim dogs can spike at any time for the slightest reason, exuberance. But remember when punters have got liquidated and the price is depressed, the share will one day come to value out. Although rarely any Aim dogs trade at fair value. There's always a discount attached to them.

C'mon some people have made 20% quickly on this as a day trade. Are they going to wait for others to take their chips off the table?

I suppose another MOU would have been ignored, and a signed contract wasn't possible. So a loi was a happy medium, good job. Will be interesting to see if there's a placing to follow

Honestly mate,

I genuinely feel for some of the LTHs of which I think there are some good people, certainly out of the ones I've met.

I said as much about Darwin on LSE, volume's certainly there for them. As ever it's short term issues vs. long-term potential. My dials swinging back towards the bullish, although I sold a few out yesterday following the rise.

Hi Misty,

Hope you enjoyed Snowden? From the recent RNS am I right in saying that no shares can be issued below nominal value until after the AGM? That has to be positive unless some NEW situation occurs!?!

Ramp or not the recent RNS does seem to have temporarily saved their bacon. Rose tints on it does seem a nice progression on the contract. I'm pretty sure I know the airport and a UK delegation were there the week before this letter of Intent, so I don't have too much cynicism regarding it.

All the above is just opinion and we've been here multiple times. Could they finally be getting their act together? Short-term funding obviously a concern still. If they've got any gumption about them, they should have the Princess sailing by the AGM though. Sea trials take a day on a boat that scale, infrastructure SHOULD be in place and the boat is meant to arrive at the end of this month (a little cynicism certainly applies here!)

Do you think it is worth looking back to East Africa MOU RNS?

It is worth looking back to 8th march when WSG announced the MoU for this Middle east airport.

(In under 3 months they have now received a Letter of intent to proceed and Draft contract showing terms of over £35m per year.

"Westminster's aviation security subsidiary, Westminster Aviation Security Services ('WASS'), has signed a new Memorandum of Understanding ("MoU") with a Middle East Civil Aviation Authority for the provision of long term (up to 25 years) aviation security services at a significant international airport within the country concerned serving several million passengers annually.

In view of the heightened security threat worldwide, together with the strategic importance and forecast growth of the airport in question, the country's Civil Aviation Authority recognised the need to urgently improve airport security and equally recognised WASS's experience and expertise in this field.

Arrangements are now being made for a team of WASS technical experts to meet with the authorities in order to establish technical and operational requirements prior to final contract negotiations.

Commenting on the MoU award Peter Fowler, Chief Executive of Westminster Group, said:

"I am delighted to announce this latest and strategically important development in our roll out of long term managed services projects around the world. This latest MoU and other recent developments indicate the momentum we are building.

"On 20 January 2016 we announced that our Managed Services division had signed an important new long term MoU for airport security at several international airports. This MoU was the 4(th) MoU for long term airport security services signed within the past 12 months. In addition to the update on these projects given on 20 January, I am pleased to report we continue to progress these various large scale opportunities.

"On 22 February 2016 we announced that our Technology Division had signed a long term MoU relating to a 20 year border security project in the Middle East which offers huge potential and for which Westminster is now undertaking preliminary works.

"Our announcement today of yet another major long term MoU is significant on a number of levels. It is the 7(th) long term project MoU now secured, 3 of which have been signed in the last 7 weeks, and all of which are the result of many months of business development work and negotiations. Notably these opportunities are spread across a number of different regions of the world, reducing geographic risk. The airport which is the subject of this latest development is strategic both in terms of location and forecast growth, with potential for further agreements in respect of the country's other international airports.

"Whilst there is of course no certainty as to timing or the final outcome of this MOU or any of the project opportunities in progress we believe the number of long term large scale MoU's now in play, any one of which would be transformational for Westminster, and the momentum we are seeing together with the current security situation worldwide is encouraging and we will of course continue to update the market on progress in due course."

"The Company is currently in dialogue with several financing partners and at this stage does not believe that it will need to issue a circular to call a separate general meeting. The proposals to restructure the Company's share capital outlined in the announcement of 12 May 2016 are now expected to be put to the Annual General Meeting of the Company which is expected to be held on 30 June 2016."
