Signed Memorandum of Understanding in March 2016.
Receives Letter of Intent (with draft terms of the contract) in May.
WSG already in discussions with specialist financing partners.
working closely in conjunction with the UK Government.
This one really looks like it will be happening soon.
...And will be BIG!

Don't worry Argyle. I know this company VERY well having met PF a few times.

There are risks but with the new contract looking close and all the others progressing - now funding seems secured this will be going a lot higher - imo.

The £30m+ per year is from the draft contract...

"Under the draft terms of the contract WASS would generate revenues in excess of GBP30m per annum based on the current PAX throughput and the currently anticipated fee per passenger."

why would they offer contracts to this company?

Its small, low market cap, cash reserves? do we know what they are?

Clearly when they say 30 million a year, its a guess and speculative, but I do wonder if there is a minimum.

What will they have to do to get this 30 million?
When will it start?
This is just a letter of intent, so assume the project will need to start and not be ready for a couple of years? which is when revenue starts?

They said:
As previously notified to the market, the Company has suffered from ongoing delays in the commencement of its West African ferry project and has also incurred additional costs due to necessary repairs. The Group has also suffered from delays in other larger projects, details of which are set out below.

I am asking, because delays can happen on these new projects.

They are arranging separate external funding to get this new £750m ME deal up and running.

This looks better and better.

Don't forget this Middle East airport contract is only one of the Seven airports under detailed negotiations...

In addition, the Company has a number of other potential airport security prospects at various stages of discussion."
