Well I got caught out with my pants well and truly down on this one. I have no one else to blame but myself for believing the story despite the numerous red flags, and the difficulty admitting to myself that I had made a mistake. Its certainly been a valuable (v expensive)lesson.

Do you see this as only going one way or possible "good news" new ferry arriving, SQ repairs, dir's finally shelling out a loan as a reason for price rise to pull in more mugs, prior to placing? Or is this a complete lost cause?

Such a shame, in the present environment I really didn't think that a company in this line of work could make such a complete and utter b*lls up. More fool me.

Share phrophets article poorly written and poorly researched as usual, but I think they have the last para correct

"This is preparation for a discounted fundraising ahoy and thus, ahead of new financing, this is a share not to own. Indeed, even post this, at least until trading is more orderly, I’d suggest this a slam-dunk bargepole stock."

oh dear, gonna round the shares up so they can print yet more, lol, good luck with that, amazed they keep this wage scam going for as long as they have.

the dorty hooaaaaar will have to lift her skirts yet again to tempt the punters to part with the readies, only the punters are starting to suspect there aint nought up there but a wizened dry old flange.

for the desperate and drunk only, this needs to fold, lol

Alphapig; Afternoon. I'm not sure they would repay Darwin though? Just my take but I think they will be stuck with Darwin on a re work. The city isn't going to be interested surely?

Misty, gotta hope that existing shareholders get, if they want it, a large bite of the cherry, maybe even with options/warrants attached (don't know much about warrants/options, never had any). Current Mcap on 7p is about £4.9mil, they owe Darwin about £450k, so need at least £1mil if they want a dinner and dance this year, reckon they could go for raising £1.5 mil.

So how long does all this shareholder approval take? Any ideas.
In the mean time the share price will drift, appetite for placement will be difficult imo. Darwin in for more? Placement at 3p?
Look at ADL recently to see when the city knows it has you by the balls. If it followed that equity the placement would be at 2p!!

Reckon most of the buyers are just day trading, be out by close of play whether in profit or not. Not a share to hold long term, ie more then a few hours.

I maybe wrong but I believe the business model is thus. WSG offer to put in place say a whole airport security infrastructure.i.e staff, machines and equipment for free in return for a per passenger royalty. So CAPEX heavily front loaded in return for 25 years of passenger royalties. A bit like putting a super photocopier into an office for free, but charging on a per click basis.
So you can see Ebola closing a contracted airport is not good for business!
