Shokty; needs funding news, capital re structure news and a a flaming contract signed, charts useless with such uncertain times facing a skint company imo but good luck

Hi Alpha. Darwin are no longer selling. They can't. It will need another "very well timed" RNS to help them again I'm sure imo
To stop capital re structure is also going to need another "very well timed" RNS as well imo.

I'm a bit confused re all these posts about Darwin, Wsg has to pay them cash every month as far as I understand it. Think today was just day traders making a loss.

Possibly going back to 5p?

Darwin has killed it. Most who bought last week, bought in the spike above 12p. Darwin dumped on them and now these punters are doing to drip stocks

Darwin were selling mate. They cannot convert here though. Will find the extent of their selling in the next few days imo via RNS disclosure.
It was a very well timed RNS though, I'll give them that

I'm still assuming Darwin are selling into this and why it's dipped so quickly. I think they are selling whatever they can above 10p, due another spike up for them mms ?

Wasn't expecting the interest in the LOI to dwindle so quickly? Wonder if the BOD thought the same?
Never mind, plenty to look forward to. Lets see. Sierra Queen update (that should be interesting lol) Sierra Princess, update, or even a picture on the site might be nice? Final results are always good fun and then of course wsg has imminent funding to come. At what price now share price is below PAR value though peeps?

It is now 8 weeks since the boat bash. Not a word on progress. Is this really going to happen every time it takes a knock ?

It is now five months since the WSG year end. Has anyone ever asked why it takes five months to add up the revenue from what is basically just one contract ? For goodness sake BP had its 1Q figures out within 26 days......

There is a suggestion that the strategic investor is seeing all the numbers, being given the nod and wink about the potential contract. When is insider dealing insider dealing ? If I was told it was about to be signed, and worth millions, even I might subscribe for some new shares. But what about existing shareholders ? Who remain kept in the dark again, again ( or you could say.....just mislead),

There is talk of an AGM at the end of June, they say 30 June. Well, to give three weeks statutory notice, they are going to have to get the results out sharpish

What is the captain of the boat doing? Does he get paid to hang around? Or has he tied the boat up and gone to get the other one? What about the other crew, do they get paid to hang around?

follow; Not sure what the FCA have to do with it? The accountability of WSG and indeed all AIM companies lies firstly with their Nomad (cough cough) and then with "AIM Regulation." (lots more coughing)
I don't think anyone doubts whether they have the letter mind you. Just whether its actually worth the paper its written on?

On the other hand why on earth, with the FCA in the background, would you say you have a letter of Intent when you haven't. Of course they have it.

5p to nearly 15p in a morning is just what every investor would wish for and plenty more MOU's and contract negotiations ongoing.

You have to be inittowin.

I just happen to think there may be another one along imminently

unless they convert and secure the contract. 'hurdles' don't make it sound too imminent though imo. Fact is we missed the opportunity at 5p despite forecasting a possible contract. Like you say, probably won't be repeated.

"at this stage does not believe that it will need to issue a circular to call a separate general meeting"
'yeah because we just issued a loi rns that you mug punters are gonna be all over, and we can give Darwin their 10p, phew just as well raised it from an mou to a loi otherwise they would never have believed it'

I wonder if this was one of the previous mous and they asked the customer to 'just sign this bit of paper ta', if it is why on earth would they not just go straight to a loi

Until the contract is signed I simply cannot buy this
Lack of news on the ferry is also ominous
