Hi Misty, was up Tryfan last week. Beautifal part of the country. Enjoy.

I think the positive here for WSG it's a letter of intent following MoU and GAP analysis. Don't think it's "in the bag", but shows progress.

3p; thats because you have seen it all before. Look at LSE though and they all think its in the bag and a done deal, so the cycle starts again. Well done to those that had the balls to buy yesterday, I really thought it was curtains.
Anyway Snowdon to walk, see you tomorrow chaps

Down to whether you believe or not now. Personally I believe there will have to be a placing before the final results

someuwin; they haven't signed anything mate. This is just a letter of intent. With WSG track record, how long to actually sign?

Look back to the start of 2012 to see what happened when they signed their first (and only) airport.

This new one is many times larger.

How many would have bought shares this morning but for all of the other RNSs that have come to nothing?

mind you lol

""While there can be no certainty as to the timing or final outcome of contract discussions, the receipt of this Letter of Intent is an encouraging step and demonstrates the progress that we have made to date. This, and progress on other long term contract discussions, gives us confidence that our strategy will deliver more positive results in the future."

Where have I heard that before? hmm let me think. Market will like it though until in a few months and nothing signed still imo

Obituary

It would seem my obituary as posted by Graham et al is somewhat premature

kreature; lol, yes mate. All good to me. The most important RNS today was the funding one. It clearly shows they have more money than we thought and can wait for the AGM to organise.

So now we have Letters of Intent. Better than MOUs, but really of what status at all ? £30m would truly be game changing.......or is this all a further WSG misleading ramp ?

And financing may be done without an immediate restructuring......that implies that it can, short term, be done without a circular, so either above 10p or not ordinary shares........another suggestion the price should be higher.......

And suggesting the AGM will be on 30 June. Fine, but how about the results first. How about an update on the ferry. How about current trading ?

All smoke and mirrors and no one any wiser

Kreature 22 April 2015 RNS

" From 1 May 2016, Westminster is required to prepay 3 loan notes every month at 105% of Par Value, equivalent to £78,750 and these monthly repayments will mean no further equity issue from this instrument. "

Unless something has changed? Couple that with the £40k loss per month, then couple it with the markets total disbelief that anything that the BOD says. Your money mate

Did someone say that there is 75k to pay per month from around now, or was I imagining that? Is that the problem? I'm considering a punt but not if there's no hope

kreature; everyday (like right now) traders think its the bottom. There is no bottom until funding is sorted imo What are the BOD doing?

I'm wondering , will this be worth a punt at some point? Say 2p? Isn't there still the possibility of a new large contract? Or are we looking at the end of the road here? Thanks
