23/9/2021 14:54 | One small company I have been buying recently is Mobile Streams (MOS) | johnv
23/9/2021 14:52 | Ok been paid through Barclays | johnv
21/9/2021 11:46 | Yes; Eezymunny has it right. The RNS of 9th September indicates that, in accordance with court order, implementation (i.e. payment) will be two days later than previously indicated, new date 23rd September. There may perhaps be a delay of 24 hours before the money received by the respective brokers on 23rd is apportioned to shareholders and shows up in their account. A good outcome for those who got in when the share price was depressed. My best buy was a chunky stake at 3.86p; other buys in the 5p range, with the highest top up at 5.8p. My average is 4.19p, so near enough a doubling of the investment in around a year. No such thing as a racing cert, but this one did look like a no-brainer. | willir20
21/9/2021 08:59 | Think payday is now 23rd... | eezymunny
21/9/2021 07:36 | Today is pay out day, anyone received their money yet? | johnv

03/9/2021 10:19 | The fat lady is on stage, she's just taken her position at the microphone and draws a deep breath as she's about to start... This all took far longer than it should have, but at least I'm out with a profit. | tabhair
02/9/2021 22:19 | You could not buy or sell today. | johnv
02/9/2021 17:53 | So no significant vote against the deal then. Fat lady is warming up | dr biotech
25/8/2021 08:35 | is there still value/ Tim in adding now given the the share price is still lower than the deal?I will only pay a small commission charge! | ali47fish
12/8/2021 16:36 | "The Scheme provides an implied enterprise value for HomeSend of approximately €290,000,000. This equates to a multiple of 39.7 times HomeSend’s FY2020 gross revenue." 40x revenue (not profit) for a company that is losing money and not growing particularly fast. I know some people were not happy with the takeover. Is anyone planning on voting against this Scheme? If so, a word of warning. The Scheme document revealed that as of mid-2021, Wameja are down to their last $2m in cash. If we vote against this, there is going to be an emergency capital raise to cover the administrative costs of running Wameja, break up costs, not to mention extra cash for further capital contributions to Homesend. Personally, I think it would be a big mistake to reject the deal at this stage. | tabhair
12/8/2021 08:21 | Played out ok for me though in hindsight perhaps I should have gone in much heavier than I did on the last fall to 6p or thereabouts. Locked a lot of capital up but will give a nice 25% plus return and no guarantees that I would have used the funds wisely elsewhere | fozzie
12/8/2021 08:05 | I also hold those…invested more here though. Not a disaster either way | dr biotech
12/8/2021 07:36 | Should have sold up last year and put the money into Reach or Tremor. | johnv
12/8/2021 07:13 | Got a message from my broker this morning, looks like payday is finally coming. Retrospectively this has performed worse over the last year than the average of my holdings. Still beats cash though | dr biotech
02/8/2021 22:17 | As an Australian holder, I may end up benefiting more from the recent Forex changes than the actual pence delta..... what's happening to your Pound? | alphafund
02/8/2021 07:59 | Can’t honestly say I was expecting anything different. Just want this to be over with. | dr biotech
02/8/2021 06:14 | Report is out. Page 58 ......8p | johnv
26/7/2021 10:14 | This seems to have gone on forever. Just waiting for the extra 5% (0.4p/7.6) That’s not going to make a huge difference, but it’s a near certainty and you’d have to find another share to rise about 7% to get the equivalent once you’ve factored in spreads and charges. So hanging on to the end | dr biotech
26/7/2021 07:01 | Court case today | johnv
06/7/2021 15:05 | IER is the Independent Experts Report.......basical | johnv

06/7/2021 13:26 | it's under their announcements - scheme of arrangement. John, what is the IER? more importantly will it mean more than 8p return to bolster my anaemic (now annual) returns! | alphafund |
