MC are offering 8p for WJA but that depends on the independent review, this started off in Sept but as the months roll on , quarterly KPI are coming out which will infer that Homesend is doing well and completely undermine the review.

News out today, scheme pushed back another month. If it keeps getting delayed like this, then there surely would have to be a update of the independent review.

I got no reply either, but there is a new release on the ASX - more claims, but seems MC will talk to Seamless direct....

Following successful launches in the US and Singapore, Mastercard and PayPal are extending their Instant Transfer service to Europe. Emailed the company asking why we haven't had the scheme booklet and when we would be likely to get sight of the "independent" report.

Reply came there none.

Something is not right here, if the report was less than 8p MC would pay the 8p as goodwill but........I think the report is much higher than this hence the silence. MC & directors trying workout their response to this.

Where is this independent report?! Over a week now. Have they come back valuing this at 80p not 8p or something?

I did. I didn't see anything about the scheme booklet being delayed. In fact, the extension was announced AFTER the booklet was supposed to have been sent to shareholders.

I take it from the resounding silence that the booklet was never sent.

Botswana Tele will have the full force of MC lawyers against them. I wouldn't be surprised if they have a whole dept just to deal with these types of cases, they most probably get a few every year.

There will be holders saying “not worth the risk” and taking 6.9p, 6.75p until this starts feeding on itself. The extension has pushed payment out until Jan,three months away......too long for some to wait.....
