31/1/2021 19:08 | Meant to be First Court Date this week, 4th. Has been no update for a while. Have to hope it goes ahead.... | graham1ty
20/1/2021 13:25 | fft - it was L & G selling all their holding. The link: | largeronald
20/1/2021 12:38 | What was the story behind today's RNS at 11am ? It says it has been notified of a change in substantial holding, but doesn't say what change or who !There was an RNS yesterday from RG, so shouldn't be the same thing. | fft
20/1/2021 12:16 | So L&G are the ones who pushed for a bid, now dumped even before they get their 8p offer. I want to see that special place in hell reserved for the directors. If it wasn't for this we could be much higher right now... | tomv33
20/1/2021 11:58 | L&G have dumped their 5% stake probably need the cash for opportunities elsewhere. May be do same if we have to wait for the cash much longer. | slogsweep
19/1/2021 16:46 | Graham1TY your right from what i know of R Griffiths,be interested to see who was seller. | victor2
19/1/2021 16:02 | Richard Griffiths can see a 25-30% return over two months (8p vs 6.5p). And is happy to take it. He must have reassurance from somewhere. Hopefully the gap will close on 8p as we get closed to Completion. Fingers crossed anyway...... | graham1ty
19/1/2021 15:40 | Either the Botswana court case has collapse or the IR has leaked out. | johnv
19/1/2021 10:05 | Oops , wrong thread. | its the oxman
19/1/2021 10:05 | Key is outlook which is clearly very positive. Nice div to be paid, and further recovery expected. No real student occupancy hit to talk of and still a long way back to go to reclaim its past high of c.285p. Should move nicely through 200p now. | its the oxman
18/1/2021 23:55 | It's under news 3rd Dec, scheme of arrangement update. Near the bottom it says timetable with the dates. | johnv
18/1/2021 23:38 | Thanks for the information - radio silence from what I can see - may I ask how you got those details? The company isn't replying to my questions about the IR and progress of the transactions - somehow not surprised/understand I dont know why they would sell either now when there is quite a bit left on the table, makes me a little uneasy. (unless they selling to a related entity - quite possible). | alphafund
18/1/2021 17:18 | 10th Feb is the ier. Independent report. Hopefully it said 10p not 8p. | johnv
18/1/2021 17:15 | Why on earth would they off load so near to the deal day. I can only assume they are in dire straits and need the money now. | johnv
18/1/2021 17:04 | Someone seems like they've given up - 130+ Million shares going through around the bid probably points to the takeover being a done deal. It will be interesting to see who offloaded and who bought. | daveme
11/1/2021 10:47 | I hope that means Lombard Odier have had some reassurance that this blasted deal is going to go ahead. If you believe that, buying at 6.5p for over 20% return in two months is a no brainier. If you believe......... | graham1ty
11/1/2021 08:57 | Lombard Odier has slightly increased their position, picking up from those bored sellers. | johnv
07/1/2021 10:41 | Price ticking better | janhar
31/12/2020 09:56 | If it's still the same price beginning of March might add some more | johnv
31/12/2020 02:23 | All this waiting is painful, I should stop checking the share price and the forums..... Decent gains for those entering at just over 6p (assuming it completes - can't see why it won't). | alphafund
17/12/2020 11:36 | Not really. Facility extended to end of March by which time the offer should have gone through, assuming the legal issues can be resolved. | dr biotech
17/12/2020 08:12 | is te rns today significant | ali47fish
11/12/2020 14:33 | "Mastercard loses landmark £14bn Supreme Court class action case and ALL consumers could benefit" This might increase their 'eagerness' to acquire the whole of homesend. | mcmather |
