Thanks Arthur, it happens far too often and sometimes multiple times during the day in 1 stock, I understand your tidying up for an institution theory, I thinks its more that that, but you need to be in the inner circle. I've searched online they don't even mention the 1 trade theory..

I don't think any of those small trades you see occasionally really mean anything, I think it's usually just an institution cleaning up their books.

What's with these trades of 3 shares, are they a significant signal? Surely buying/selling 3 shares won't help your portfolio. I understand the 1 trades means theres an RNS imminent.

I'm probably too heavily invested here, but there's certainly value at this price, it's retraced from 30p since the end of last year even though profits are up as well as increased interest rates. Hoping the market returns this to fair value..

I got the impression Mr. Lim was trying to tidy up all the historic issues first which has maybe now happened so who knows you might be right. At least I hope so if the price is right.

Well that was a strange move at the close, 500 shares bought in the auction and the Sp jumps 1.5p, will we push on Mon at the opening, or give back the 1p to 24p as soon as the market opens? Or are we about to be bid for? there's been a lot of consolidation in small caps recently. I know which one I'm hoping for..

They need to get out of the delusions of providing compliance technology. They're not a tech co, and dont have the resources to become one. Plus, while pursuing that, they now have the embarrassment of re-doing accounts because they forgot to charge clients tax on trades

To be fair they do seem to be trying to put their house in order. There still seems to be a trend of consolidation in the sector and if whotsit Lim can be persuaded to sell then I reckon there's money to be made.

Hi, never been a holder here, but it strikes me some visionary leadership could transform this company. Get rid of the commission men... who owns the clients anyway? Work out what historic legacies are? Exactly how much capital is needed and find a better use for the excess capital. Merger? Shame that this business can't organise itself.

This is a frustrating share to own. I still believe the intrinsic value is considerably in excess of the market cap but the company seems remarkably accident prone. The small dividend is also disappointing given the cash position.

Can't figure out how the market will react. Cash is now more than market cap. Profit massively up but hit by exceptional items, dividends CUT. Might open down because of the dividends news but quickly bought due to the shares being backed by cash?

Results due anytime now, last year they came out on the 29/7, in interims they said they face curtains headwinds and that rising interest rates were negative for results which i don't quite understand? There's a 1 trade this morning perhaps results imminent?..
